When we checked in they gave us a room that someone was already in. Glad the key did not open the door. So we had to go back to the desk and get the correct room.

nice hotel away from home close to stores

Pros: Bed, Free Wifi, Free Breakfast, the size of the shower and the high water pressure.
Cons: get jacuzzi suites
Location: location is in falconer new york lots of things to do in new york. close to stores and nature trails as well as resturants and movie theatre.
I had a great experience staying here the bed was really comfortable and the shower had lots of room. The bathroom was nice and the fridge in the room kept my drinks really cold. I ate breakfast the first day I got there it was delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to just get away.

The good, the bad, and the ugly!!

The good : Brittany and the other lady at check in :ONlY REASON TO STAY THERE! If there not working your screwed ! The bad: ants in room, in bed and on headboard and light switch, no toliet paper on Role when I arrived, clock didn't work right, loud noise from traffic from road and super noisy people ! You can hear everything, walls are not sound proof! The ugly!!:Upon check out to the person at the desk about the issues and the issue with my dog. She threw up a tiny bit on the comforter which they should wash frequently don't you think at a " pet friendly hotel"? After arguing with me she said she wouldn't charge me " just leave and have a nice day". I went in to check my phone and ask for a recipt showing no charge she yelled in front of a customer that she was charging me and I told her I was calling managent .Im disputing with my credit card company as we speak ! Good luck everyone with your stay at this hotel!

Nice, clean hotel

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was. The beds were a little hard but the condition of the hotel, cleanliness of the room, and friendly staff more than made up for it.

Great Place, helpful staff, nice breakfast!

Cons: fine, as is.
Super clean room, quiet location, great sleep on a wonderful mattress, followed by scrambled eggs for breakfast. More than I expected, and friendly, helpful staff. Best value around, and the Lucy-Desi Museum is only a few minutes away.

Always a pleasure to stay here. The staff is great. Everyone is helpful and friendly. It was a pleasant surprise to see that a new guest area had been added near the front desk where they provide a complimentary breakfast. We will definitely stay again on our return to the area.
