Half of the hotel was under construction with supplies in the hallways and I could tell our bathtub was recently installed given the sticker still on the tub. Towels were stained and no phone in the room. We got there around 10pm with a warning that their staff was finishing up construction work and there might be some noise for about 20 min. This continued past 11pm and only stopped due to complaints. Breakfast lacked enough bowls and spoons for cereal and staff was difficult to find for assistance.

The property was absolutely disgusting. The parking lot had dead rats on the ground, the trash outside looked like it hadn't been emptied out in weeks, and there was on old car that was on a ramp being worked on in the parking lot. We went inside and the place smelled like beer had spilled in the lobby mixed with a very strong odor of BO and Curry. The 3rd floor where they wanted us to stay was under complete construction, the hallway was fully tarped out and had construction workers in there. They wanted us to put towels under the door when we walked into the room. The absolute worst hotel I have ever witnessed. A total DUMP!
