Very clean, friendly, delicious breakfast bar and coffee. I loved it and enjoyed my quiet stay. Plus, washer and dryer at Inn.

Property did not book the correct room for us and didn't cancel a room that we had cancelled prior to arrival. Then refused to issue a refund even though they put us in a room that we didn't reserve. Conditions were fairly nice and bathroom was nice, but the guy who checked us in couldn't even tell me if there was a sofa in the room or not.

according to notes. you had booked a room on the 2nd floor with 2 queen beds. there was a call requesting 1st floor we informed you that the only thing we had was a handicapped accessible on the first floor. We moved you to that room. we canceled the room same day with no fee so you need to get your money from expedia not us.

The front desk staff was really nice. Lobby was clean and breakfast area nicely kept. Really quiet. Didn’t hear a peep from anyone.

The hot tub water was green and smelled like algae. The pool was in ill repair and the water was not very clean either. The bathtub in our room was broken and it did not drain.

The hot tub was out of order and the 2nd room I moved too had a terrible a/c smell and there was obvious sign of leak above the tub however it wasn't currently leaking. Disappointed for the amount of money I paid.

Ok but could use some attention to details.
Stay was ok, room felt clean but needed some attention to detail such as lighting, cabinet the refrigerator was in wouldn’t really close & a shelf on a night table would not stay shut. The room only had cups for one, not helpful when 2 are in a room which is pretty standard. Had to request bar soap at the front desk. Theses weren’t big desks but I would expect more

The pool area was unsafe. Handle at the stairs to the pool was loose and dangerous , hot tub broken and a mess to get around, beds were very hard
