Hotel staff was professional. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Ice machine was broken on our floor ..second ..so we had to go to first floor for ice. No elevators. For the money it was a good hotel.

The Best Western Falls Church Inn is a nice, clean hotel conveniently located. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Staff has always been responsive to all my needs and very accomodating. I have stayed here many times over the years and have never been disappointed. There is dining and shopping within easy walking/driving distance of the hotel. It's convenient Arlington Boulevard location (main route leading into Washington, DC) affords visitors the opportunity to drive into the city in only 10-15 minutes. The only upgrade I wish they would make is to add mini refrigerators and a microwave to each room. Beyond that the hotel is a very good value for the price.

The room interiors where surprisingly upscale - very comfortable attractive rooms. The surrounding location and exterior of the building seemed on the lower end of the scale, but the interiors made up for that. The service was friendly and helpful. I would come back to this location again. Please note, the one odd thing about this hotel is that there is no elevator to the second floor. That is inconvenient when you have heavy luggage or are unable to climb stairs. The stairways are not clearly marked (the doors say Exit) either. So, I got a bit more exercise than usual on this trip!

It was one of the most reasonable hotels we could find at a very busy time. Many were fully booked and all had high prices. I think it was "Spring Break." The hotel was clean and quiet and quite adequate. I would use it again.

We settled for this hotel because hotels closer to or in DC were either very expensive or had terrible reviews. It is right on a couple bus lines that will take you to a couple of metro stations (same line though). We usually took the bus to the Balston station which took 30 minutes. Then it was another 20 minutes or so on the metro (depending on where you were going). The parking is free which is a definite plus. The hotel is older and it shows in little ways - but nothing major. The biggest complaint I had was the mattress - it was very uncomfortable. The complimentary wi-fi was pretty iffy (kept losing the signal) but there was a computer in the lobby that I always used because no one else was ever on it. There are restaurants nearby (which is good since breakfast was not included with the room). All in all, it was satisfactory. It met our needs.
