Pros: Hotel is a little older, but was clean. Has a decent breakfast choice. It was a good place to stay for a couple nights. Cons: Staff was not very welcoming when we checked in. Pool has a really strong Chlorine smell as soon as you walked into the pool area. Very hard on your eyes after only swimming 30 mins

In general, the best thing I like about the hotel room is how clean it was. However, after I unfolded the sofa bed in the room, I discovered some leftover “dehydrated” food pieces, which explains the mild malodor coming from behind the sofa. Except for that, everything was great. I would still recommend this place for both value and general cleanliness.

Very good value property. Breakfast was also pretty good including fresh fruit. Signs of wear on the walls in Hugh touch areas and the rooms are simply getting dated.

Nice, clean rooms. Big shower. Staff was friendly. Parking was a bit of a challenge with a hockey tournament in town. We didn’t have any issues and would definitely stay here again.

Key card system is terrible
We had to replace our key card after almost every use. They kept saying it’s from our phones but never did it touch are phone and 5 other families felt with the same issue. This hotel needs to update their cards or their system. It was frustrating especially when locked outside in 20degree weather.

Breakfast was not good the variety wasn’t good. definitely need to take some tips from other hotels as far as breakfast, though and front desk staff very hard to find when you check in they were outside somewhere but every time I came to the front desk you couldn’t find them and there was another person waiting. Good to go
The hotel was well kept and clean. Beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby! The room was clean and smelled fresh. Spacious unit. Only one issue that should be addressed. The air make up unit was hard to control. On the heat setting, the unit wouldn’t quit heating, no matter where we set the temperature. We turned it to the air conditioning setting and turned the temperature up to the desired temperature. That worked the first night, but it got quite cold the second night. When we turned the setting back to heat, it again wouldn’t quit heating. Some maintenance is required. Breakfast was okay and the staff was friendly. We’d go back to this hotel in the future

I arrived, with no one at the front desk. Another gentlemen had been waiting for 5 minutes to purchase something. We dialed 0, and the receptionist was somewhere else helping someone else for another 10 minutes. I called Carrie again....and am still waiting at the front desk. I will not make the mistake of returning here.

Everything you want for a nice stay.
Super clean and perfect for a visit to Fargo. Located by lots of restaurants and right by 94 and 29. Staff was very friendly. Rooms really really clean. Decent hotel breakfast options. Printer easy to use for printing work docs or boarding passes (I printed with it several times.) Rooms are spacious. Lobby area is warm and spacious. I didn't use the pool, but it looked good. Double elevators and they're fast so you aren't waiting on others. About 15 min from the airport unless it's rush hour.

theres some bloody goop on the walls and the shower curtain. Otherwise everything else was pretty clean. It would be nice to have smart tvs, so customers can stream their services. Hotel breakfast was good, the building was nice and clean. Hotel was perfect for the price.

Check was good room was clean that’s why I came back , on the staff service was nil to none I requested clean towels and toilet paper before 11am , came back in evening to notice my request was not filled and I went to front desk Politely and asked for service again and the response was to bring down my used towels And exchange for clean ones , I stay at hotels for work on monthly basis and never had to bring towels down for exchange And two staff members were at the desk this evening , unsure about returning back here
