the hotel is not kept up its getting old and run down

I was very disappointed in the overall experience. The restaurant was a disappointment also. The room smelled like rotten potatoes. The service was not very friendly:(

The price of this room, close to $200.00 per night was not worth the stay that I experienced. The hot tub was not in working order, it was covered with boards, we were told it had been down for over a month by staff. The doors were thin and didn't go all the way to the floor, there was a 2 inch or more space under the door, very noisy hallways, not in a poolside room,yelling in the hallways at 2 in the morning. Carpeting was very dirty, needing to be replaced. Pool area was not well kept. Restaurant was overpriced, the buffett was $11.00 per person and the items on it were nothing that I haven't had as a free continental breakfast at other hotels, very dissappointing.

It was Short and Sweet, we always stay at this Holiday Inn!

Water in shower was hard to adjust. Door was broken in 227. It seemed strange that beer was being sold in pool area with no Lifeguard on duty.

We stayed at the hotel for a Christmas present to our kids so they could enjoy the pool. We were very disappointed in the pool. I have never been in a pool that was so cold! The kids did not spend as much time in the pool as they would have liked. We did go to the front desk and they told us they were working on it..but it was still very cold the next morning. Not very impressed!!! At check out my husband did address the issue of the pool and got a $20 gift certificate for the hotel..but not sure we will stay there again!

Requested linen change and we noticed they turned the linens inside out. My 3yr old got ahold of a pen n left a couple marks. That's how we noticed the linens. The trash was placed all together on top of trash can. The larger items were placed back on the table when we returned. Other that that little incident with the room, the stay was very nice.

They stay was okay. Found a dirty towel hanging with clean ones when we arrived. Disappointed there was so fridge in our room travelling with small kids you need something to keep things cold. Paid 30 dollars for 4 glasses of milk. The water in the pool was too cold for our 2 year old to play in.

Great location....and easy to get to stores and attractions.Bowling alley, rollerskating...etc... Love the pool area and water slides...my only HUGE complaint is way to much bleach in the water and air...needs to convert to different bleach free agents..Love all the Christmas decorations.
