Nice lounge and close to alot of restaurants

I was planning on staying at this Hotel, however my Flight was cancelled and I could therefore not make the reservation that night. I contacted the hotel and the car rental company as soon as I found out the flight was cancelled.. The car rental was great to work with as I changed my reservation, but the hotel was unsympathetic. The manager was unwilling to refund my money as told through a third party. The same manager did not even have the decency to return my 2 phone calls left on his voice mail. Short minded, as I was planning to stay in the future and all my colleagues working on the project will never stay at a Holiday Inn again. There are too many alternatives to treat customers as if they do not matter.

We were there over Easter weekend. The hotel pool was a very busy place. Hotel bar/ lounge was very nice!!!

Close to mall

Pros: Proximity
Cons: Staff could be a little more friendly and that place has a nasty stench to it.
Location: Mall and all of the restaurants near by.
Stayed for the water park or what we thought was going to be a water park young kids will like it pool is 3 feet 6 inches deep beds were as hard as a rock had to request a mini fridge and restaurant inside the hotel was horrible nasty terrible.

Spring break with swimming

We have stayed here before and always enjoy our time at this hotel. Rooms was great, hotel staff were helpful and friendly and it was a good stay. A little pricey for what you get but the pool is an added bonus so we didn't mind spending a little more for the added perk.

Great Location!

Pros: I love the location. Right across from West Acres Mall and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
Cons: The suites could be better.
Location: West Acres mall is in walking distance, there are plenty of other places to shop near by. There are a variety of restaurants in the area as well.
Overall experience was great! The pool area is a little small for the amount of people that stay here. The staff is all very nice. The lounge is quite relaxing. The only difference with the "suites" compared to a double queen is the suite has a king bed and a couch versus two queen beds. Everything else is the same!!

Great room

Pros: The room was spacious, included sectional sofa, fridge, microwave. The included breakfast was very nice. Nice pool area.
Location: This is a newer hotel, a little far from shopping but there are several restaurants within walking distance.
Staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a special expedia rate and were pleased with the amenities and with the size and quality of the room for the price. Great breakfast included.

Good location, close to mall

Stayed on a Sat. Night, band in the lounge was good! Great to have a pool, lounge and restaurant in the facility. Room was clean and quiet on 4th floor
