They didn’t provide extra bedding , for sofa bed , and the tv had poor reception it was blurry . And the front desk said they would come and check and bring extra bedding . No one came or brought any bedding , very annoying when you pay almost 200 for a suite a night and treated like it was an I’m inconvenience for them . Won’t be staying there again or suggesting otherwise.

Comfortable bed. Clean pool area. Hot tub not working. They’re doing renos on the rooms and ours was freshly painted. Older furniture still and old doors as well, and they don’t close very well. But it was quiet and clean.

The room itself was nice. It was messy due to remodel around the hotel. Drywall dust was around the perimeter of the room walls that very clearly needs to be vacuumed. There wasn't staff available after check in which was around 3 pm. There was a box left out to return your room keys instead of being able to bring any questions or concerns about my stay.

Not a well-maintained room. Broken plug plates, dirty vent cover, peeling drywall on the bathroom ceiling, broken security guard latch. No mini soap bar on the bathroom counter. Attention to details make even a modest hotel like this one more comfortable. Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful.

I had guests over to my room and they lit cigarettes in the room. I let them know that they had to stop smoking in there and the guy who worked the desk knocked on the door and very rudely kicked me out. I told him that there would be no more smoking in the room vut he kept calling my friends and i bad people. I did break a rule amd i told him i would be happy to pay a fine but he still made me and my friends leave. I was told i would be refunded my money minus a 100 dollar fine but have yet to recieve one. I will not be staying again more than likely at any of the choice hotel propertiea. I was very calm and polite during the entire incident but o asked around and that guy has a reputation for being rude to customers. All if this is kind of moot though i did break a rule and the consequences were qhat they were but he could have handled it better. I was not hostile or confrontational as im sure video surveilance would show if reviewed. I was appologetic and willing to try and figure something out so i could stay. Im not making excuses and aside from the difference of what i paid minus the 100 dollars im not asking for anything. The man vehind the desk needs a serious attitude adjustment though and i suspect the barren parking lot was probably related to that attitude.

This place has no elevator. It was not mentioned on the website. I have limited climbing abilities and was a struggle to stay there.

Awful don’t stay here
The place was dirty and wore down. The doors locks didn’t work m, the ceilings had a crack all the way around where the ceiling met the wall, there was no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch and when we asked for some they said they didn’t have extra blankets, the pool didn’t work until the second day and I wonder if it did or they just took the sign down from the city closing it because to many people asked when it would be opened. The breakfast area was so dirty with garbage and food particles everywhere no one cleaned it. If you needed someone at the front desk they were never there and you had to call them using the lobby phone and even then it was hit or miss they would show up.

Rooms need remodeling. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Pool was so strong of chlorine, eyes burned just being in the pool room. Not a great place but it worked to sleep.

I usually stay here when I get to town but this stay was different. The toilet was filthy as well as the mirror. The full body mirror in the room fell off the wall all of a sudden. The satellite TV service stopped working for hours. When I called to see what could be done the front desk man said it wasn’t their fault so he couldn’t compensate me. The TV is included in the price of the room but I had no TV for more than 6 hours. I don’t plan to return in the future.
