Downtown Fargo

Posted Aug 14, 2014
Pros: Location.
Cons: New carpeting for all rooms.
Location: We went to HODO's for a drink. They were great, the drinks were really great and the prices were reasonable. We also ate at Old Broadway. Thumbs up!
The hotel was a nice stay downtown. We had a nice view and the room was decent. The only reason why I say decent and not great is that the carpet was filthy. It's definitely a slippers kind of environment. The restaurant and lounge are nice. Good place to hang out for a drink. Saturday nights they have a D.J. - He was pretty good!!

Pricy, but nice.

Pretty, clean room with a great Sleepnumber bed. Beautiful hotel. My breakfast at Zest was fine, but not great. Employees are very helpful. You have to pay to park in the parking garage:(

Nice. Within walking distance of the town center.

Pros: The staff.
Location: Located just off Broadway, we walked to local shops and dined at the highly recommended Mezzaluna for dinner.
All of my needs were satisfied with expediency and professionalism. A gluten free menu was offered as well.

Front Desk/Breakfast

Posted Jun 12, 2014
Pros: Has recently been refurbished - very fresh and modern appearance - staff seemed very friendly
Cons: Front desk staff needs more training - especially the "evening" crew - all were very friendly - responsive - but not much follow-through.
Front desk calledl my room at 2:30 A.M. by mistake - "Opps-Sorry" - and the next morning they did not call my "wake-up" call at all !! At brkfst requested their Special "Large" Cinnamon Danish - and received 2 small overheated Danish with a tasteless frosting - NOT impressive !!

Great Hotel. Great Staff.

Posted May 11, 2014
Pros: STAFF! Nice hotel. Hot tubs open 24/7. $3 parking pass for the ramp.
Cons: Instructions on how to use the parking ramp should be more clear. Just says to ask attendant but attendant usually isn't there.
Location: Location was perfect. Downtown and close to night life. Was able to go to all the bars and walk back at bar close.
I booked two rooms for a bachelorette party. We had about 15 people in one of the standard rooms for around 2 hours to play games, take pics, etc. At first I felt the room was going to be way too small but it turned out to not be so bad. We told them ahead of time that we would be having people over and made sure this was ok so they made sure to put us in the corner of the hotel so we would disturb as little people as possible. We ate dinner at their restaurant and it was great. I was impressed with their selection. The staff here was amazing. The employee's of this hotel completed our great experience. From the front desk, to the servers, to the maids, everyone made you feel at home.
