We stayed for two nights. The staff was friendly. It was a very pleasant stay. So close to most things, right by the mall. Restaurants close by. Great experience.

Nice place but starting to show it's age everywhere but in the rooms. Our room was in excellent condition, very clean, very comfortable and really that's what it's actually about. Elevators are a bit slow, hallways could use fresh paint and new carpet. For a quick night's sleep on a road trip it's excellent. No complimentary breakfast is unfortunate but we were prepared for it.

Won't stay again

Terrible front desk service & stated I didn't have reservation. Daughter got in trouble for placing her feet in the hot tub.....only 6 yrs old but I was right by her in hot tub.

It's nice hotel

House keeping need to do better job and care more about their job and clients I told the front desk that my room was not clean and they still did not care it was left the same

Family trip

Was excited to see how nice the hotel was from the outside. Pool and slide were an instant hit with my kids. Room was nice but not the cleanest in the bathroom. Once we calmed down in our room at night the noise from the hallways and rooms on both sides of us made it near impossible to enjoy the sitting room area. To sleep we had to close the bedroom door to the noise on top of the room door being closed because of how loud it was and then I was still woken up by it.

Arrived late, but was greated but an upbeat young receptionist, who gave me an upgrade! Room was beautiful! Definitely will stay there again.

Thin Walls & Skinny Pillows

Pros: Rooms very clean! The Front Desk staff were great! Monte, the restaurant manager is exemplary!! A gentleman and great conversationalist.
Cons: Sound proof halls &/or rooms should be primary. Offer a better quality of pillows. Put city maps in rooms, with an index of major stores referenced.
Location: It's Fargo - everything is nearby, it's just a point of navigating the city!!
Hall noise of neighbours coming in or returning was so extreme at 2 or 3:00 a.m., I awoke in our suite to go to the sitting room to see if the TV had come on by some means . . . and the door was shut in the suite. They moved into their room and the noise continued for a 1/2 hr, plus! I initially thought they were actually in the same rooms that I woke with such a start. Also in this day and age many people sleep with a posture-pedic style pillows, the provided pillows are soft and small - several make the size of one, but still without the firmness. I'm not sure we would stay here again.

Clean and great location

Pros: The beds are in own room separate from kitchen, eating area etc.The room was very spacious and included fridge, microwave, and a safe.
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Lots of shopping!! ( Mall, target, scheels, thrift stores, walmart, tj maxx, and lots of food to chose from.)
It was clean and quiet. Perfect for kids since there is a waterpark. Theres no breakfast but that was not a huge deal as there is a restaurant in the hotel and it is located blocks away from Target and a grocery store (Hornbachers)- they have great tasting donuts for someone looking for something cheap to eat. The hotel is in walking distance from the mall if the weather is nice. I would definitely go again!
