Hotel was older, breakfast area was smaller and the room we stayed in was average. Behind the chair in our room was dusty/dirty and room was an odd shape. Hotel served its purpose but it was average at best.

We expressly chose the property for location, based on ratings, breakfast included, and we wanted a hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service, the property was tired and not very clean, and the fresh pan of eggs came out cold. Honestly, it wasn't terrible, staff was friendly and helpful; it was just a little disappointing.

We checked in and a guy held the elevator open for us, we went up to our floor and went to our room and when in. We found someone elses luggage and bags in the room and immediatly turned around and left. Upon leaving the gentleman who held the elevator for us was standing there saying that this was his room..... we both had the same room number and keys. Thankful there was no-one changing or doing anything private in the room when we walked in.

The staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was easy. Good hotel to stay in. Lots of restaurants nearby. I wish they would have an adults only pool time after 10:00 pm. Sometimes the pool & hot tub is full of kids right up until close. They are usually unsupervised.

Positive interactions with staff. Property has a clean and kept up appearance. Only ding (and depending on your perspective -- a minor one) is while our bathroom had been modified and some handicap assailable features; there is one item to be aware off. And, that is the shower/tub is basically a standard one. So if an individual needs to utilize a wheelchair to get around. Getting in/out of the tub might be a problem.

Very clean and the bed and bedding were comfortable. Negatives were, the coffee maker was out of order and the breakfast selections were few and the fruit was either out or not offered when we went to breakfast a half hour before breakfast was to end.
