the smell in the room was terrible! if I would have had the 10 or 20 dollars to spend I would have gone with a different hotel. you truly do get what you pay for.

Pros: accommodating staff & a decent continental breakfast
Location: close to the highway & the mall makes it easy to get around

Disappointing hotel

Very disappointed by the broken hot tub (which we weren't told about, and had to discover after walking all the way to the pool in our swim suits). The "non smoking" room reeked of years of stale cigarette smoke, leaving us all with sore throats and eyes. The sheets don't fit the beds and required a good deal of fidgeting to fix in order to get into bed. Overall, pretty disappointing experience. Would not recommend, there are better options even in the budget price range.

Pros: The continental breakfast was nice, and most of the staff were friendly.
Cons: Needs a new heating system, new bed, new pillows!!!!!!!!
Location: The location was great, I was close to the mall and airport which are the 2 places I needed to go.
The room had a funky smell as it used to be a smoker's room. I could not get the room warm and when I called the front desk it took the guy almost an hour to come. All he did was look at the un it and tell me to leave the drapes closed!!! The bed was all lumpy and uncomfortable and the pillows were old old old!!

Needs tlc and manners for the staff

Poor quality sheets and blankets...large hole! Had cleaning staff come by but we were still getting ready and asked if they could come back later only to have the cleaning staff rude stating that this was the only room on that side!! We said to forget it then!! The next day we ended up using pool towels for our showers!! We usually stay here but found that it was in need of upgrades and tlc! Our room was a nonsmoking room but definetly had a smokey smell to it.

A good hotel for the money. The only problem I had with it was the heat could not be adjusted and we froze all night. Also we missed out on breakfast because we were told it was over at 11 not 10 am by the front desk. Otherwise, for the price it was fine.
