Pros: The staff were very nice.
Cons: The manger should check every room to see if AC or Heat is working and second put a refrigerators in rooms.
We change 3 rooms because the AC wasn't working. I prefer is the add a frig in every room and make complimentary breakfast. rooms were very clean.

Great Location with Spacious Rooms

Posted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: It is quiet and the rooms are spacious.
Cons: Need new microwaves and refrigerators.
Location: Starbucks and Einstein Bagels with Whole Foods not far away
I always try to stay in the same room. My regular room wasn't available this time and I was assigned a room next to it. Since the Radisson has taken over the hotel, improvements have been made. Plump pillows have replaced the old flat ones and nice new "filled" comforters have replaced the old ones that had lost their "fillings." Great fluffy towels, new trash cans and new coffee makers have been added. Of the new additions, I appreciate the bedding changes the most. I am hoping they get new refrigerators and microwaves as the ones they have now are kind of pitiful. Also, there seems to be a disconnect between the front desk people and some of the service staff. I asked for a refrigerator and microwave when I checked in, then I called down to ask when I would get the items and finally I went down to the front desk. While the front desk had relayed my request to the appropriate personnel, the request was not taken care. When the person came to the room to deliver the appliances he unplugged two lamps and just left them unplugged. I offered him my surge strip which he placed on the sofa. I also had to plug in the lamp on the night stand.

The quality of this hotel doesn't match the price. Hotel is older....furnishings are worn. Location is very busy so accessing the businesses nearby is difficult. Not a walking friendly area.

Nice hotel.

Pros: Room. The bed was nice.
Cons: Cleanliness. I notice little details like the hallway, ledges and elevators needing attention.
Nice hotel near Interstate. Great location. Short drive to to food, shopping and activities. I travel over 50 times a year and stay in many hotels. This was a good hotel. I would stay again.

Possibly the worst experience possible. The hotel guests were all high school or college age, and only after calling down to the front desk at 4:30 am did the noise quiet down. It was about 5:30 am before I was able to fall asleep on successive nights. The fitness center did not have an elliptical machine, and the hotel did not have any agreement with area fitness centers. And lastly, my door lock was inoperable, and was had to be let into my room each time with an emergency key.

Pros: I liked the proximity to the freeway most and the overall appearance of safety.
Cons: Parking lot configuration, maintenance.
The staff was pleasant. The room was very nice. Exercise equipment was in good working order. Work out area was clean, well stocked and orderly.

Old Merriott. Needs updating.

Dirty coffee cup and sink drain. Dusty floor. Looked like a room that had not been rented for a long time.

OK for a night

Posted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: Clean
Cons: Room service, breakfast, dinning area need a redo to make it more open, less crowded and not so dark. Take the couch out of the room.
Location: Acceptable...
Might be considered a reasonable cost for the room. However, there are some basics now that we absent and were expected...no microwave, no refridgerator in the room. Room service was limited...a full course meal is not available through room service...guest must go to the resterant...there is a room service menu and a in-the-resterant menu....Disappointing

We booked this at 7:30 pm and arrived by 8:15. Smooth registration and they have a restaurant there! Perfect visit!
