“Decent stay if you're going to St. Louis”

No complaints, everything was fine! I recommend this place if you're taking a road trip to St. Louis!

“Wished I was staying more than 1 night!!!”

I loved everything about the Holiday Inn Express in Festus, Missouri. The staff was so friendly & helpful--all we had to do was ask for something & they got it for us. Breakfast was great. The room was great. I don't have anything bad to say about this place. My only problem was that I was only in town for one night, and I didn't get to enjoy this wonderful place. If I ever have to come back to the area, I will stay here.

Great staff, smooth registration thru Expedia and hotel, nice room. This hotel was recently purchased and updated from the previous company - we always stayed at that location and did not want to change. We were not disappointed!

“Great Hotel in Festus, MO”

This hotel was great. Stayed here for business. There is no restaurant, but Tanglefoot Inn next door is excellent. Breakfast was a standard continental fare at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was the business center computer, which would not load pages at all, even after requesting assistance from staff. Will definitely stay here again.

After working in a motel, I look for things that would pass my inspection. This motel met my scrutiny...things were very satisfying to us.

“Great value for the money!”

This hotel was just what we were looking for: a place to spend less than 24 hours about half way through our road-trip. The location was excellent, the room clean and comfortable, the breakfast good. And, best of all, the price was considerably less than comparable hotels in the area. We would return to this facility without hesitation.

“Just ok”

This hotel is very close to Hwy 55 and the room was pretty loud from traffic at night. When we arrived, a bad storm had just gone through and the power was out. Fortunately it was back on later in the evening. The room was ok, but it seemed as if it was too big for the furniture. I know, that sounds weird, but the beds were crammed on the one side of the room with a large empty area of space between the 2nd bed and the window. If I had to state the one item in this room that I thought was the worst, the configuation of the bathroom. The sink area is outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was extremely tiny. There was not enough room on the sink to place toiletries. Even after we moved the coffee pot. The sink did not drain either. The iron in my room just leaked water out of it getting spots on the clothes. The breakfast buffet was fine, met our needs and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also had a microwave and refridgerator in the room that was convenient.
