The breakfasts were mediocre. We stayed 3 nights and the only change to the hot breakfast was either link sausage or patties. Otherwise it was always plain scrambled eggs, seasoned potatoes, tortillas, biscuits and gravy.

Great Service
A great place to stay in Bloomfield. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and breakfast was good! I am especially thankful to the front desk worker who offered to help me change the linen at 2 am when my daughter threw up in her sleep. I was initially worried about letting them know, but she was very friendly and empathetic toward me and our situation. If I am ever in this area again, I will definitely stay here again

This is a decent property in the Bloomfield area. We were looking for a place to stay near Chaco Canyon Cultural Center. The staff was friendly. I needed to do laundry and they didn't have change at the front desk or any available laundry detergent. I was able to get change at the gas station down the street. We found the local park by the river and that was nice. Overall it was a decent motel.

Hotel needs renovation. Would have been nice to know the pool wouldn’t be available. Beds and bedding were not comfortable, air conditioner didn’t work well and it smelled musty

Another Nice Stay
We always enjoy staying here when visiting family in the area. The only down side this visit is the pool/hot tub are closed. It would have been nice to know before we booked our trip.

Good hotel but not up to the Best Western standard
Best Western had the usual good standard. We liked the warm reception we received, the clean rooms and the comfortable beds. We liked the breakfast. We were disappointed that the pool was closed which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. My feeling is if it is advertised then they should provide the service or reduce the price. My daughter also reported some the gym equipment was not working.

When I checked in, the desk person said they would not rent me a room because my driver listened had a local address. I said it’s too late for me to find another place. She said she was sorry. Too bad for me. She also said I wouldn’t get my money refunded. I’m very upset and dissatisfied. Please help
