I stayed here, because I was tired of spending $45-$80 and staying in dumps. Though the hotel was clean and comfortable in general with a clean fridge and microwave, I would not say it was worth the $100 price. The age is beginning to show and I think this is the value of a $75 hotel. Staff was extremely friendly. No problems overall.

Key card failed first day. Had to go to front desk to rekey. Breakfast mundane.

Old but cleanPosted Nov 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Overall it is a good hotel. It is old but the room was clean and I had everything that I needed. Everyone was very helpful.

Decent but outdated...Posted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: Staff was GREAT!
Cons: Parking lot
Location: Golf was great. BBQ places were tasty.
The rooms were ok. Nothing spectacular. Across the street you can stay at a Marriott Courtyard for the same price. The Marriott is a SUPER nice hotel. Also the parking lot at the Comfort Inn is pretty poor. Low / no lighting, seems vulnerable to unwanted people i.e. you have to park at the back of the motel and it is hidden from the street and the staff (front room). I did not feel comfortable parking my car in such a secluded area.

Good basic roomPosted Oct 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Staff was super friendly, neighborhood not-so-much, served breakfast buffet until 9:00 am so we didn't have to get up at the crack of dawn to eat! Only issue was that we didn't get maid service even though they saw us leaving the room for the day? Not sure what that was about, but other than that, beds were comfy and great staff at the front desk.

Close to ChacoPosted Oct 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
We had spent the day in Chaco and Farmington is as close as it gets. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Unfortunately, thermostat was broken on heater and window could not be opened so it was roasting hot in the room.

Not Good!Posted Oct 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
The door would not close without me pushing it! The toilet would not stop running! I did not report this because the staff could not have missed this, they just don't care! The toilet was mounted to close to the wall, so the tank top set out to far and the toilet seat would not stay up, which means everyone has to ____ with the seat down! (Unsanitary) Toilet drains are supost to be mounted 12" from the wall!

Beautiful Hotel, close to pathways.Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Close to pathways and park to be able to walk our dog.
Cons: The beds were not so comfortable.
Location: Not real sure, we were there to visit family.
We were greeted by friendly personnel. The Hotel itself was very clean and accommodative. The one thing I really thought was nice seeing is the mattresses actually being taken out of the rooms either to be changed out of fumigated, not sure which.

Clean and comfortablePosted Sep 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
A basic hotel room that was clean but could use some modern updates. No elevator so if you can't carry your luggage up the stairs, book somewhere else. Breakfast was acceptable but had limited selection
