Recently renovated so there were noticeable changes to the decor and color schemes. The hotel corridors and public spaces are nice and welcoming. The main entrance and lobby area is spacious and inviting. There are plenty of spaces for one to socialize, or just simply relax. The outdoor courtyard adjacent to the walking trails is a pleasant space. The rooms and its amenities are exceptional. The bed mattresses were firm and comfortable.

Very disappointing .... stay elsewhere.
Property was nice but that was all, pool was closed, not service that Marriott is known for, had to ask for wifi password, little information from front desk at check in and out, not worth the money for one night. There was no fan in the restroom, tiny refrigerator, no comp breakfast and had to pay for meals plus adult refreshments.

Worst Marriott Experience
This hotel us very run down. It’s under construction, but that is no excuse for its condition. Ice maker on 3rd floor broken. 1 elevator broken. Our sink was clogged, they did fix it quickly. We were there for a wedding and the outdoor patio was completely filthy. Planters were empty, cob webs everywhere, bird droppings on the patio, spilled beverages that had dried had visible stains where people could sit, very dusty. The paint for fencing is very weathered and looks old. The locks were broken (room cards were not able to be used) The air conditioning for the reception area was broken. The working section of the air conditioner was set to 82 degrees. The reception room temperature was 87 degrees. Completely unacceptable for a wedding reception with over 100 guests. The staff was great, they were apologetic and did their best. Conditions were out of there control. All complaints go directly to management. This is a very poorly run hotel. Very disappointed in Marriott. The outside area in front of the hotel and back patio could use a good cleaning.

The laundry was out of order. The air conditioner in fitness room was not working. At check in no key cards to our room was available so we waited for staff to open our room with a master key. Otherwise rooms were comfortable.

Outstanding staff: polite, efficient. BUT the hotel was in terrible shape: No Wi-Fi, broken exercise room, broken pool, broken 1st floor bathroom, no cable streaming. At the price of a room at the hotel, customers deserve basic amenities that are functional.

Currently undergoing renovation (not mentioned on booking site) Pool closed. Front desk did not have any key cards to the rooms. Someone had to let us in our room every time we left and returned. Room was renovated and nice, but this was a little ridiculous.

The front lady who checked us in wasn’t friendly. We felt like we were a bother to her. Also, we made our reservations on Cheaptickets with double beds. We got to the hotel & found double beds were sold out. So a king with a fold out couch was the only option. Our son is 6’3 so the couch didn't work for him to well but had to do since we were tired to look elsewhere. Shouldnt Cheaptickets been updated with the availability of rooms?
