“GREAT HOTEL”

The only bad thing was the heater in my room didn't work that good.

“We are going back in the next few weeks. If our animals are welcome we are happy”

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and confortable and quiet.

“bed was short a sheet and the sink did not work”

the bed did not have a top sheet and the sink in the bathroom would not drain properly. We only stayed one night or I would have canceled my room and left. It was very late when we got there so we just went to bed and left the next morning.

Overall the room was OK. The room did not smell, but the hallway reeked with cigarette smoke.

Beds were not comfortable. In door pool was a joke.

I can honestly say I have never been disappointed in a hotel booked by Expedia-until this one. They are apparently renovating which would have been nice to know BEFORE booking, the carpet was so bad I spread towels out so I didn't have to touch it, the ice machine didn't work and the staff blew it off as simply my problem, TV reception was poor, access south-bound is easy but very difficult if you're heading north-bound on Hwy 67. The best thing I can say is that it was very quiet and the wi-fi was adequate.

“Bed of Concrete, Not impressed at all”

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pool was like a small bowl of ice water! We will not return to this hotel.

“Never Again...”

I've given this hotel numerous chances over the years, however, this year was the last chance this hotel shall get from me. As in previous years (every July to be exact), we stop at this hotel because it is close to the family reunion site. AND as in previous years, nothing has changed. The beds are awful. I can see why there are 5 pillows per bed. It is to disguise the fact that the beds are sloped in the wrong direction!! And just once, I'd like to find a room where the hair dryer actually works!!!! I will not be returning to this location EVER again. Spending the extra $$ is worth it, to be able to sleep w/o the blood rushing to your head. And don't even get me started on the TV and cable service!! I can say something nice, at least THIS year, the phones were working....
