“Good for a Business Trip”

The hotel was in a good location for me. The breakfast was very simple, but statisfying. It is a very simple hotel, but a good place to stay if you need a bed and a roof.

Well, it had some smells. The place was really small compared to what I paid for that price range. Don't expect to have a nice, tv just a tv. the staff where really nice. overall it a hotel I would I will last consider to be in.

When I first got there, checking in was easy, but they weren't even sure they could find me a room. They said they had a busy week. What is the point in reserving a room 2 months ahead if you may not have one when you get there. The first room given to me was actually occupied by someone else. They gave me a key card so I walked right in. That was a little shock to both parties involved. The second was vaccent, just not real comfortable. Extremely small room and had a wall air/heat unit that was loud and didn't keep the whole room(small as it was)the same temp. The little coffee pot in the room came with one little premeasured pouch of coffee that was not replaced after the first day. I stayed there 3 days and only had coffee the first morning. I would not expect the next person who stayed there to have it replaced without letting the office know. The cannels on the tv did not match the list that I found in the end table. It was a brochure for the room and would have been nice for it to match. The only good thing is I did not have anything stolen, and it was cheap.

Simply put, run down with poorly mainted exterior such as stairs, landings and elevator. Rooms are very old and becoming delapidated.

W as not a very good experience didn't have my room ready almost gave me the wrong room then there wad no ashtray and I had to walk down and get one

It's all about customer service and they don't have any.

“Never go back to this hotel”

This hotel had no place to hang your stuff. There was no shampo in the room when I asked the frount desk for some I was told to go to the store. For the price they charged I would have expected a better responce.There are lot of other hotels in Farmington that would provide better service I'm sure.

“don't stay here”

Not a nice place - dirty, hard to get help at the front desk, room cards did not work consistently. Too many nice places to stay at the same price. Don't waste your money here.
