“Bang for the buck - would stay here again”

I was really impressed with this hotel. Great bang for the buck- free wifi, coffee maker, microwave, safe, bigger sized small fridge, alarm clock, telephone, HBO, table, recently redone bathroom, comfortable bed. I was in town for a class and did not find anything to do in Farmington. It was so nice to have a comfortable room with many amenities. My only issue was that I was unable to take a bath- no way to plug the drain :( After a 8 hour fitness training class, I would have loved to take a bath.

“Very clean”

Older hotel but very clean my room was freshly painted, the staff was very friendly and I felt safe staying there as a single female.

“Conveniently located hotel; great service!”

We were located right on the river, very nice. Our room was small, but very clean and comfortable. The room had 1 bed, which was fine for the two of us. There was a microwave and dorm-sized fridge in the room, really handy. The gentleman who checked us in the night we arrived was very friendly. Complimentary continental breakfast was included as was high-speed wi-fi. We'll stay there again.

“A great no frills deal.”

No frills hotel. Right next to a nice walking trail and has a pool.

“Good for a Business Trip”

The hotel was in a good location for me. The breakfast was very simple, but statisfying. It is a very simple hotel, but a good place to stay if you need a bed and a roof.

“Ok for the money and a convenient location.”

There is little choice of places to stay with access to Mesa Verde which was our reason for selecting this motel on line. The location was generally good. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean but they had not been pressed with gave a less than positive impression. The fridge had been turned off and had a stale smell - when we asked if it could be turned on we realised why it had been turned off (it was very noisy through the night). The bathroom and sink were very clean but the carpet was filty with patches of stains all over. Parking was good and located next to the Marriott hotel - which was convenient for the bar, lovely lounge and bistro.

“Cheap, but you get what you pay for.”

When I first got there, checking in was easy, but they weren't even sure they could find me a room. They said they had a busy week. What is the point in reserving a room 2 months ahead if you may not have one when you get there. The first room given to me was actually occupied by someone else. They gave me a key card so I walked right in. That was a little shock to both parties involved. The second was vaccent, just not real comfortable. Extremely small room and had a wall air/heat unit that was loud and didn't keep the whole room(small as it was)the same temp. The little coffee pot in the room came with one little premeasured pouch of coffee that was not replaced after the first day. I stayed there 3 days and only had coffee the first morning. I would not expect the next person who stayed there to have it replaced without letting the office know. The cannels on the tv did not match the list that I found in the end table. It was a brochure for the room and would have been nice for it to match. The only good thing is I did not have anything stolen, and it was cheap.
