“Great Farmington hotel”

The hotel was very nice, new, clean, good service. The only problem we has was that there was a high school sports tournament in town and lots of high school boys were running down the hall and the small breakfast room was very crowded in the morning.

Stayed at this hotel and it was absolutley wonderful! It was very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and on hand 24-7. I arrived early and was able to check in and get my room. The whole process was quick and easy, only took about 5 minutes to check in and get my keys. Overall this is the hotel that I will be staying at when I need to go back to this area!!

“Clean - comfortable, a god place to stay!”

If Farmington is on your path (yea for staying off the interstate!), this is a good hotel for the price. It's not too fancy but very comfortable and clean and the breakfast food was decent.

“Nice but needs a new evening shift guest services rep”

Hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The indoor pool was clean and the kids had a great time. The breakfast was probably the best hotel buffet I've ever had (No Kidding). The gentleman working the evening shift checking us in was extremely rude, short, and had a very bad attitude. My wife asked where the hotel lobby restroom was when we got in and he didn't even look up from his computer as he spoke to her very rudly as if she was bugging him. If you don't really care about customer service then this hotel will meet and/or exceed your expectations.

“Just fine”

The hotel was pretty much what I would expect from a mid-range chain. The room was clean, the breakfast was a typical hotel "hot" breakfast (although they have a pancake machine, rather than a waffle machine...we would have preferred waffles). The front desk personnel were friendly. The free wi-fi worked (not always something one can take for granted).

“Might go back.”

There were dirty handrpints on the walls & shower. The rest of the room appeared to be clean however, seeing these dirty handprints really took away from the experience.

“If this is an example of all Holiday Inn Express, I will Never go to another one!”

It took 1 hour to check in. The Check in process with 2 new employees that didn't have a clue to what they were doing, was a fiasco. The got names on the rooms wrong. Had wrong name on accounts. Charged wrong prices for rooms. The Manager Dawn said she would comp the rooms and then changed her storey. I won't ever stay there again, and probably won't stay at this particular chain.
