“Never again”

This hotel was awful. When I pulled back the bedspread, there were pieces of grass on the blanket. There was something stuck to the wall in one corner - I didn't investigate. When it came time to check out, there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign that said you could dial # on the house phone and the clerk would be right up. I called, and no one showed up. After waiting 20 minutes, I left. This hotel is dirty, the continental breakfast is sub-par, and the service was lousy. Don't stay here!

“Disappointed basketball team!”

This hotel is not made for what we needed it to be. It is dirty, smells as if someone is cooking some very foreign dish (nothing wrong with that, but when the smell runs amuck it is quite wrong) the furniture and carpet have seen better days.I reserved 3 rooms for our basketball team and I am sorry I did. I am not against anything old, but am against the amount of money that is charged and nothing is done for the up-keep of the joint. I am surprised at how the city allows places such as this to pass themselves on to customers as motels. Please, if you want to continue in business as you certainly have to right to do so, clean up the place as least to a one star status!
