“Recent trip”

The rooms was comfortable and clean. For the price it was good.

the beds were great. clean the carpet was stained but it was clean.

“Not impressed”

Cooling unit was in subpar condition, made too much noise. The hotel had no exercise facility. For someone who travels for business it is something I look forward to. The hotel was in strategic area, very close to restaurants and mall.

“good stay”

decent stay. had issues with the phone. no dial tone, front desk says wait til the morning. he asked if we would need it for the night (had cell phone) however told him to make sure if there was a hotel emergency we better get a knock on the door. otherwise, pretty quiet stay. rested, showered, used internet. all that mattered.

“Decent”

I stayed here 2 weeks. No air con, no heater. I had to find the plug in the in room unit, pull off the cover, plug in and it still didn't work. Bed was hard as a rock and pillows here saggy soft at best. Had to get my key redone 6 times. Tv was good. Good selection of channels. Nice big room. Clean bathrooms, newly re done it looked like. Good little pool. Small, I mean small jacuzzi, but nice for 1-2, no more than that. Convenient and close to everything, but what isn't in a small town. Nice little fridge. Not a bad stay, and for $50 a night, can't complain too much, so I didn't and I just tried to take it all in stride. They try and that's a plus.

“disappointed”

I checked into my room, found the toilet dirty, no battery in the remote control, so they moved me into another room that had a heater that didn't work, so I stayed up most of the night trying to keep warm. Great location, nice clean looking from the outside, but housecleaning & maintenance need to work harder!

“Not so much.”

First I will say that the staff was very helpful and kind. However the rooms were dirty. The floor had food crumbs, bobby pins, and dirt, did not looked vacuumed. The bed also had crumbs on the top and did not look freshly made. The walls had dirt and other things on the walls and the plastic side bumpers on the walls were broken. We had children and I did not want my baby crawling on the floor.

“Will Not Return!”

I have stayed at the Super 8, many times when I go to Farmington. It has always been clean, the Continental Breakfast was ok, the room was good and for the price it was totally acceptable. But something has really changed. The Continental Breakfast was only bread, mini muffins, some cold cereal, juice and hard boiled eggs, not much of anything. The room was clean, but the bed was terrible. It was HARD as a rock and squeaked too. The pillows were only a few inches think, very hard and the inside under the pillow case stuck out....dirty too. The sheets were a dirty white. The AC only blew air, not cool air. One of the days (we were there 3 nights) they didn't clean the room and I asked them in the afternoon why, they said we had the Do Not Disturb sign out. We did while we slept, but left the room for a meeting by 9:30am, I guess they never came back and checked. Then to top everything off, the fire alarm went off one of the nights and blew for about five minutes. Will I stay there again....NEVER!
