Property was in poor condition. Our room had only one drinking cup. We found a pair of used socks in our bed. Very limited options for breakfast (waffles, cereal, & sweet rolls). The orange juice was terrible (tasted rancid).

I didn't have high expectations when I booked because it was the only choice for this town. But, the lady who checked us in was very polite and helpful, owner(I'm assuming) was friendly. The room was clean and warm. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were good and there was 4 on the bed. Tv worked fine as well. No bugs seen, I was on the second floor. Don't expect the Ritz, but I've paid much more for less. Could use some eggs/meat for breakfast but waffles and cereal were fine.

There where people slamming things around all night called management and they did nothing about the issue. It was like these people could just do whatever they wanted with no regards to anyone else who was staying in the hotel and the manager didn't do a thing about it. We had requested a room inside because we didn't not like the door being outside of the building and the manager again refused our request. I was not happy with anything about my stay there and I do not think we will ever return to this location again

Great stay.
For the price this was a great stay. The bed was more comfortable than we thought it would be, the staff was friendly and the property was clean. Location was great too with lots of restaurants around.

The room was absolutely DISGUSTING. Nothing looked, felt, or smelled clean. I will never stay at this place again. The lobby appeared clean so I "assumed" the room would be clean. There was several (As many as 10) cigarette burns in the recliner chair. Finally went to buy air freshner but it wasn't enough to help. Free breakfast is also a joke. Go to McDonalds. Free is too expensive for this place. Sorry...

My sister and I booked the last room for a Saturday night. The front desk gentleman was very friendly. The room was fairly clean. The bathroom could have used a good scrubbing and a new shower curtain that wasn’t moldy. Not too much for breakfast except cereal, waffle or danish. The outside entrance to the 2nd floor was not locked and had a piece of duct tape over the latch. Not too safe. I’ve stayed at a lot better and somewhat worse.

the room was nasty, Matress cover was dirty, no plug ins the one plug we has was almost falling out the wall/ one towel and one wash cloth for two people. . carpet was dirty we will never stay there again. My wife sit down in the chair and almost fell in the floor.

Sadly this is the only hotel in Potosi.
Will not be back. Carpet was filthy, bedspread was dirty. Sheets had spots, towels were old and worn. Hair that wasn't ours in the shower. Woke up with my back hurting. There was not a fire alarm in the room and there was an open pocket knife in the bedspread. TV reception was very bad. Needless to say we cut our trip short.

Negative: Facility was not clean. Room did not contain basic amenities—cups, ice bucket, shampoo, sufficient towels. Bedding sheets and pillowcases appeared to be inadequately laundered. Room carpet not very clean as the soles of my clean white socks appeared dirty after walking on the room carpet for about 15 minutes. Positive: TV worked. Room rate was satisfactory

Upon arrival, my initial impression was, "It's a Super8 and it looks like every other Super8". You enter the lobby and it was neat and clean but a little weather worn. The staff were very friendly and check in was fast and uncomplicated. This was the best experience of the stay. When I arrived at my room, it was hot, drab and musty smelling. I had to leave immediately for a meeting so I thought, "I'll turn on the AC and get some air moving and it will be okay". I turned it on, placed my items in the dresser and left. Upon returning many hours later, I found the room cool but now it smelled like musty cigarettes. I guess it was an old smokers room. At least it was cooler. All the bulbs are very small so even with the majority of lights on, the room is still very dim. I went and turned down the bed and there was my next surprise. Either housekeeping didn't change the linen or they did a horrible job of making the bed. Also, the sheets were so worn that they were threadbare in several places. The pillows were no better and were many years past their useful life. Fortunately for me, this isn't my first go round so I always have spare bed linen and a pillow in my vehicle. The carpet did look vacuumed but based on the bed, I decided to keep my shoes on. Next, time for a shower before bed. The bathroom was clean but poorly lit. At least the towels and shower were clean. I didn't expect a Marriott level of hotel for the price I paid, but I did expect a clean room. I won't be back.

From other reviews, I didn't expect to like this hotel. I was short on options, so I booked it anyway. I arrived late and left early, BUT I was so pleased to find that my earlier judgments were wrong! It's not a resort, but I didn't pay resort prices. I paid for a safe, clean place to sleep. It was cold outside, but the room was warm, the sheets were soft, and the shower was hot. The TV remote worked without needing a media PhD. There was no alarm clock, but I use my phone anyway. The only negative thing for me was the $100 deposit "in case of damage or missing things". I paid it in cash, so at least I got it back immediately when I checked out.

I don't know why I stay here. It gets worse every time. Rooms just keep getting dirtier. PTAC is filthy; the filters have probably never been cleaned. The bathroom is pretty disgusting. For the price they have the gall to charge, it is abysmal. For $39 it would be "okay".

Dated and dirty but staff seemed nice.
I was required to put down a $100 deposit. They said they wouldn’t refund it to my credit card for 1-2 weeks. I used cash and they said I could get it back when I checked out if there were no issues. They gave it back to me when I checked out without even checking the room. When we walked in the temp in the room was probably around 80 and smelled horribly musty. The room had two towels, two hand towels and two wash clothes several of which were stained. The carpet around the edges was dirty and the carpet trim/molding around the walls were coming off. The shower curtain rod was hanging weirdly and the rod in the shower was coming off. There was black mold around the top of the shower. The bathroom floor was dirty around the edges. We checked beds thoroughly for bed bugs and didn’t see any signs of them. There were smudges on the walls and pen marks on the sheets. The room cooled down nicely. We didn’t hear anyone else and the staff were nice. The hallway smelled of marijuana and the hallway carpets were very worn. The breakfast consisted of two cereals, toast, packaged cinnamon rolls, juice, milk, apples and a waffle machine. If there would have been a different hotel, I would have booked the other.
