"Lovely place to stay"
Everything was so perfect, friendly , clean & location is perfect for seeing the algave. The train and coach station is 2 minutes from the hotel. 20 minute walk to shopping centre and 5 minute walk to the ferry to get to loads of different islands with perfect beaches. Some of the other reviews for this hotel are so untrue. If you want real Portugal culture then Faro is the place to go.

Pocket Guide: Faro, Algarve Business Hotels

This bustling characterful little town, gateway to the region, is overlooked by most Algarve visitors. Its elegant cobbled, peaceful Old Town is a delight for strolling. The Cathedral is its highlight; climb to the top for wonderful views across Faro’s lagoon. The newer, late 19th-century part of town is a likeable jumble of shopping streets, local bars and restaurants, a regional museum and the Carmo Church with a ghoulish bone chapel.
