Pros: It is in Farum
Cons: It is the only hotel in Farum
Location: The hotel is at the opposite end of Farum to the railway station. A good half hour walk away.
The hotel was comfortable enough and the breakfast edible but FOUR star? Absolutely not! I was concerned about this hotel after reading some reviews before booking but since it is the only hotel in Farum had little choice. One review I read described the rooms as being 'like student accommodation' and I wouldn't go as far as to say that. The room was a nice size and the fittings of reasonable quality. The bathroom was a little dated but everything worked fine. It was a decent 2-3 star room. Not four star by any stretch of the imagination. The breakfast was very limited and poor quality. Again, about what you'd expect in a 2 star place, edible but nothing special. The hotel itself looked tired. In particular the corridor carpets were very badly stained. The staff were pleasant enough and, as you would expect in Denmark, spoke excellent English. The WiFi worked well in the room. The hotel is clearly aimed at the conference sector and as somewhere to sleep for a couple of nights when your employer is paying the bill it's fine. As a base for a holiday it will probably be disappointing. It takes more than a trouser press in the room and shoe polisher in the corridor to make a conference centre into a four star hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It allowed us easy access to the event we were participating in and the accomodations were excellent.
