"Exceptionally beautiful property in a perfect location for visiting the old city, with very obliging staff. They also booked me a private tour with a highly experienced and personal guide, which was great for my one day in Istanbul. That was a huge plus to my experience and I appreciated their having selected him and having accommodated my request to find a guide for me (saved me reading a lot of guide reviews, and he was ideal). "This is a lovely restored property. I requested and received a room with a balcony and patio furniture which was wonderful. But it required 2 flights of stairs to get to after taking an elevator. I am just not able to do that kind of stair work after walking all day to see the sights. I switched hotels and the front desk could not have been more understanding or accommodating. "

"This is my favorite place to stay in Sultanahment. Wonderful location, great restaurant with amazing view, and very delicious famous breakfast. The service is very professional, rooms are clean and quiet. The restaurant on the 5th floor is very convenient for late dinner or early breakfast. And I love the adhans, and Ayasofia view is amazing!"

The manager and staff were so nice and accommodating.
The decor was perfect for a hotel in Turkey. All the furnishings
were authentic from the drapes to the furniture. From the rooftop terrace you could see the boats on the water and the beautiful sunsets!
I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel."
