“Planning to stay there again”

Upon my next trip to Fayetteville I intend on staying at the Comfort Inn Cross Creek again. The service was great, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was excellent and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody travelling to Fayetteville, North Carolina. It is close to amenities; great shopping and various restaurants.

“best handicap facilities”

The room that we had contained the best handicap set-up that I have seen since we took an inaugural cruise on Carnival's Glory!! The hotel also had an exceptional breakfast available, and all of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

“Friendly staff, nice accomodations”

Check in took less than 2 mins, staff was very friendly. Room was extremely nice, easy access to rooms through additional keycard entry so you didn't have to come and go through lobby. Excellent stay and highle recommended.

“What a wonderful experience.”

I would certainly recommend this hotel to anybody, the staff were very attentive, nothing was to much trouble, the room was very clean and well maintained, the breakfast area was excellent, good choices, helpful staff and was included in the very reasonable price. The hotel is very child friendly. The location of the hotel is superb for shop aholics and the restaurants around the area were many and plentiful something for everyone. The only drawback if there is one is that they do not have payments in Fayetteville, nobody apparently walks, however the many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
