This hotel is in need of updating. The floors were dirty and one of the back doors was not working. There pool was out of order. Overall not bad but in need of some work.

Pool was not working and had several issues with hotel card key working properly. Unfriendly staff and dirty lobby and hallways.

Pros: The person who took care of the breakfast room kept it stocked and very clean.
Cons: Vacuum the elevator floor occasionally.
Location: Convenient to mall and restaurants.
Excellent breakfast! Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

I followed hotels.com guidelines to find a pet friendly hotel, but this hotel had other requirements that were not identified during my hotels.com reservation process. Result...I was denied a room and had to re-group and find another hotel. Awful experience!

Think again before booking this hotel!

The first couple of days it was nice with very good housekeeping services. However, on the third day, the regular maid returned to work and the service went south. I departed my room around 9am and returned around 2pm. My room had been tossed as if ready to be cleaned but was not. I realized the person I saw outside smoking was the maid that should have been cleaning my room. The detached building, where my room was located, had to use a room key to open the door. Unfortunately, only the door on the opposite end of the building would work. Then a day later that door did not work and I had to wait for someone to come out before I could get in
