Great Place to Stay Visiting StickleyPosted Jul 17, 2014
Stayed here one evening while visiting the Stickley Museum and flagship store. The rooms are very spacious, clean and fresh. They include extra finishing touches like crown molding and wainscoating in each room. There's a spacious lobby with a hearth and sitting area. The inn provides free coffee with a nice covered porch to sit in the rocking chairs. The inn is located across the street from the Stickley flagship store and about half a mile from the Stickley Museum. The Limestone Restaurant adjacent serves delicious meals. Great place for Arts and Crafts buffs to stay.

Pleasant stay in FayettevillePosted Jun 27, 2014
This hotel was recommended by someone who lives nearby. My grown daughter and I had a small, but very comfortable double room that was quiet except for the air conditioner. The bathroom was small but clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had breakfast at the dining room adjacent to the hotel and the food and service was impressive. A large shopping center was across the street and we were able to quickly purchase things we needed for home. We certainly would return.

Nice place to stayPosted May 14, 2014
Pros: Location was great, lobby was good. Rooms were nice.
Cons: Juice with the coffee for non coffee drinkers.
Location: Mini mall with restaurants nearby and Syracuse University is close if you are visiting a student.
The rooms are nice, a bit old or outdated, the floors squeak when you walk on them but the lobby is nice and large for meeting up with family or sitting and reading a paper while waiting for family to get ready. Staff are pleasant and will help out. Rooms are clean. For the price you can't beat it.

Will never go back or recommend a stayPosted Apr 26, 2014
When checking in computers were down and had to wait . Room a disappointment. Heat has to be manually monitored. Pillows are 1ft long like decor pillow. Carpets filthy.Bathroom had signs of mold. Man snoring in next room could be heard through wall all night. Party going on across the hall. Wouldn't send worst enemy to stay.

Great value. Room was a very nice size (suite), clean and staff very accommodating. They let me stay for a late checkout b/c of a delayed flight. The restaurant (Limestone) on the premesis was very good and convenient as well.

I've stayed at the Craftsman Inn twice. Both times were great. It's a comfy hotel with a friendly staff. THe restaurant is great as well.

Nice but we never received our wake up call and the old heat system was impossible to manage
