We enjoyed our stay & the kids loved the salt water pool that was maintained at a jump in warm temperature. I also like how this hotel save energy with the use of using your room key to keep the lights on.

The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. Important to note that this hotel has two types of rooms, the "suite" style normally associated with Embassy Suites and the new "alcove" style. The alcove is perfect for a business traveler or single person. The suite is better if staying more than 1 or 2 nights and more than 1 person.

Don't let looks deceive you!Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: I liked that it was a newer hotel.
Cons: I think the manager's attitude could be improved and the level of service. There was no urgency to accommodate guests; ie clean room for 2 day stay
Location: Imax Theater
Housekeeping staff did not clean our rooms even though we told front desk at 6:30am we would be gone all morning. At 3:30pm rooms still not cleaned. After we asked about it we only got clean towels and that was only after asking for them for 2 more hours. At 5:00pm we finally got towels. Loud noises in the a/c duct work all night. Restaurant staff slow and inattentive. Had to ask twice for clean plates and bowls for the breakfast buffet. No clean towels at the pool. Not sure if hotel was just too busy for the staff or if the hotel staff just did not care. When told the manager the next day he basically told us that is how it was. The housekeeping staff as a "system" and was very unaccommodating. At the price we paid, $150 per night, I would have liked to hear, "I am sorry you had all those challenges." But no, manager not at all concerned out our lack of comfort. Hotel service in all areas was very disappointing for an Embassy Suites. I will never stay here again. Miserable and uncomfortable.

#1 Pick in Ft. Bragg/FayettevillePosted Apr 27, 2015 on Hotels
Excellent. I came for a very short stay prior to my boyfriends one year deployment and the staff were so welcoming, with a complimentary room upgrade, drinks in the lounge and just overall making us feel well taken care of despite a stressful situation. The room was a quiet haven away from the rest of the world.

Great Property in FayettevillePosted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: Decor, condition, staff, room size and amenities
Cons: Breakfast ont he weekends could stand to be open a little later.
Location: Great location, with proximity to shopping, dining, freeway, base, etc.
The location, condition and decor of the hotel is great, and the staff was pleasant. Located near a variety of shopping, easy access to the highway, and plenty of nearby dining options make this a very nice choice.
