Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel was nice and new. Can't beat the breakfast or managers reception.

“Well Done!”

Hotel had been open for about 2 months. Modern, clean, secure, and quiet. Great location (Cross Creek Mall and lots of restaurants) were super close. Hotel is doing their share to help preserve the earth and take energy efficiency serious (ex. Key card controlled lights in the room). We love the Manager's Reception and cooked to order breakfast. We thought it was a great value for all the comforts we received. Keep up the good work!!!!

“Updated and clean hotel”

This appeared to be a newer Embassy Suites. It was clean and updated. We were very comfortable and would stay there again.

“BEST Hotel & Staff in Fayetteville!”

Rooms are modern in décor - but very comfortable. Staff is fantastic, they truly aim to please and make you feel at home. Unlike the other hotel’s that say they provide breakfast (precooked eggs and toast your own bagel). They offer a real breakfast (eggs to order and all the extras), a real bonus to your stay, and great way to start your day. Pool, hot tub, and work out facility are fantastic. The one thing I'l channge in the room; the thermostat is located to low on the wall and low lighting, make it difficult to read and set.

“Best Hotel Room and Amenities”

This hotel is very comfortable and well thought out. The bathroom is huge with a large glass shower and a "rain" like shower head. Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries are nice too. The evening reception and breakfast was very nice. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. There were plenty of receptacles and the free wi-fi was a nice touch. A lot of comfort and value for the money. Would definitely stay again.

“worth the visit”

I have stayed at this hotel three times now. The food is good enough to have no need to go out. Rooms are always clean and staff is respectable, this is a high commodity in Fayetteville. Bar could use some sporting up but all-in-all worth the stay. For business trips I will always stay here.

Spacious rooms, including the bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. The workout room was great - lots of machines with individual t.v.s, free weights - really appreciated it.
