Staff was excellent, very friendly and extremely accommodating. Montrell was great, especially getting to the hotel late after a long day of travel. All of the staff where very nice and friendly. Free breakfast was really good, much better than I was expecting. Used the gym facility while there are had good equipment for a hotel in this price range. Overall, my expectations where exceeded, and I stay at 5 Star resorts at least once a year. None in Fayetteville, but the employees conducted themselves as if it was a 5 Star hotel. Hotel was what you'd expect for this level and price range, but the rooms and facility where clean, you can tell it was an older hotel that had been recently re furbished. I would defiantly stay here again.

it has been completely redone, and it is clean and very nice inside the rooms are on the small side, but still comfortable. The one drawback for me was that the air-conditioning or heater blows right on you when you're in bed. I had to put the chair in front of it to deflect the air. Also, it is on a very busy and noisy street. However with the fan on I did not hear much noise.

Pros: The accommodating staff
Location: Good location. I was there for a high school reunion. Everything I needed access to was within 2 to three miles. I could walk to the mall.
The staff members were VERY friendly and accommodating. I had a little trouble with my refrigerator, but the maintenance man came right up and handled it. Clean room and bedding. Little chocolates on the bed and a cute towel animal. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean, comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but it worked. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillow. The staff was very, very friendly and was always willing to help you with anything. The breakfast was awesome, they had a very wide selection of food and it was always hot and fresh. Great location to all of the restaraunts and the mall. Would stay there again.

security guards, very uncomfortable beds

I would not stay here again, the beds were very uncomfortable, I could hardly walk the next day, Smallest bathroom I have ever seen, and security guards everywhere. Bad area.
