“Not bad for the price”

Always pleased with our stay. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. The size of the rooms makes up for anything one might think it lacks, in a more up to date decor.

“Nice hotel for the price paid.”

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and definately a non-smoking room as I requested. Entrance into the room was very hot because of the outside the room A/C units, but I guess to keep the hotel safe from outsiders it was the only way to work it. I did feel very safe with the door locks and locks to the pool area. Internet was very high speed, and much appreciated. I will stay there again when I need to go back to NC again.

“Army Average”

Typical independent type hotel near a large military post. Adequate...but nothing special. The desk staff was extremely nice though!

“My place to visit while in the Fayetteville north carolina area”

The desk clerk was very nice and helpful and each time I have visited I've had a great experience with the staff.

“Can't beat it for the Price”

I read the reviews before deciding to give them a try. For the price what more could people want. I've stayed in better more up to date with furniture bedding but I also paid dearly for the luxury. I felt I had lots of space for my child to play and we where not on top of each other. The room for the most part was very clean and again even in the most expensive rooms I've stayed in I still travel with my Lysol and other cleaners. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The housekeeper was excellent and I didn't see a problem in signing her sheet it was to protect her as well as the consumer when you have people that like to complain. The hall way was hot but it was near the laundry room and that was not the only way to get to your room. Thank you and your staff for a nice visit and I will use them again for future stays. “Welcoming and Home kinda feeling”

Kinda of a messed up floor plan in getting from point A to point B. The staff was great, very nice and full of information. The room had a real medicine cabinet- pretty cool. Nice room for the money. The area it's located in isn't the best, be smart-lock your car doors etc.. They do have a security guard and video survelliance, but one can't be to safe these days.

“cpmfortable stay”

we stayed for 3 days in a king suite w/the outside balcony and small kitchenette. It was very convienient and the staff gave us some pots and dishes that we needed to cook. The hotel was quiet and the room was clean. The hallways and elevator seemed a little dirty. But overall we were very satisfied. The staff was very nice abd friendly.

“Adequate, but plan on waking up early!”

Everything about this hotel was sufficient. The people behind the desk were very helpful and pleasant. The room was a bit old-fashioned, but it was surprisingly clean. The main complaint was the maintenance crew in the morning. Although they did not knock on the door and wake me up, it sounded like there was a party outside my room. I was close to the laundry room where the sheets are washed, but I could have heard them if I was at any room on the floor. The 7:30 a.m. involuntary wake-up call was one perk I was unhappy to have.

“Won't go back”

I called the front desk to tell them I need fresh towels because no one serviced my room the next day. I was told to come down and get them myself. The suite had a full kitchen which was useless as there were no dishes, glasses or utensils of any kind or pots/pans or dishcloths. Couldn't get out to the balcony as the door track was messed up. One of the lamps did not work and the front desk said they have no more light bulbs. The entry code for the door keys kept getting erased - which made extra trips to the front desk very tiring and aggravating. The continental breakfast was terrible. Find another place to stay.

“Glory days are over.”

This hotel needs a great many updates to make it competative and user friendly - not to mention more comfortable. While the rooms are large; the furniture and appliances are old and out dated. The hotel is living on barrowed time.
