The hotel staff was excellent. But the hotel it self needs to be updated. The picture on expedia.com was very misleading. It did not show that who had to enter the rooms from the outside. This is very old style of hotel. The hotel needs to be taken down and totally redone! Please pretty please show that the room entrees from the outside. This is not very safe. I would not recommend this hotel for a single female because it is not safe. Just one door to go through. With room entrees inside a would be (bad guy) would have to go through the lobby doors or another door before getting to the rooms. This is added safety. This is way I gave this hotel disappointing marks!

Good location, easy access to I-95

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Great location and ease of interstate access.
Cons: An upgraded internet service to ensure that all hotel rooms have better internet connection. A microwave & fridge in each room would be nice.t&รท
Location: The hotel is located less than 2 blocks from I-95. K
The hotel was clean and conveniently located close to restaurants and gas stations. The bathtub in the room assigned to me had an annoying drip that was heard throughout the night. Wifi access in my room was slow and almost none existent. The free breakfast was good. The pastries seemed to be a little dry and stale.

Stay somewhere else if possible

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: Proximity to I-95
Cons: The facilities overall require work.
Location: N/A
The room was cramped and felt damp, the bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling, the beds were not comfortable, the carpet was wet. The do not provide a refridgerator or a microwave, and the breakfast consists of cereal and microwavable sandwiches.

Great hotel for the price!

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: The breakfast because of the variety.
Cons: Fridge and microwave in all rooms would be nice.
Stayed here on way down to Florida. Staff was very friendly. Appreciated the complmentary coffee available all day long. Room was comfortable and free wifi allowed everyone to use their elctronic devices. Breakfast was much better than expected. There was something for everyone cereal, yogurt, belgium waffles, muffin, bagels, microwaveable sandwiches, fresh fruit etc. Our room didn't have a fridge or microwave. You have to request that room at check in I believe. Only downside is that sink is outside of bathroom. Pool is small but clean. Right off I95 so easy off easy on if you are traveling. Planning to stay here again on the way back to NY.

It's a Motel not Hotel

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Not much. Coffee was good.
Booked the Hampton Inn because of a good experience staying at another one located in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Did not realize that this is a motel. Very small room. They allowed me to book 5 people but we could barely fit a blow up mattress on the floor. Smoking rooms were located on the second floor, but we could still smell people smoking in our room. I will say that it was clean but not as expected.

Good value for the money

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: More sitting room for breakfast
Location: Airborne & Special Operations Museum in Fayetteville was free and worth several hours of our time.
Hotel staff was extra friendly. Every worker we passed greeted us warmly. Front desk clerks were very helpful both days of our stay. Free breakfast had good variety but seating area was very crowded. Nice exercise facitlity, too.
