Older property, smaller bedsPosted Feb 7, 2014
It's not a terrible place to stay, just an older property. The double bed room they assigned us had only full beds, not queen beds that I'm accustomed to. So sharing the bed was quite uncomfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful though.

nice hotel, convenient for family eventPosted Jan 20, 2014
Pros: staff attitude; room amenities
Cons: every hotel room should have a bathroom exhaust fan; this is not the first I have stayed in that did NOT. better training of wait staff
Location: N/A; I was in area for a family funeral
Staff was extremely polite and helpful; room always in great shape; staff was accommodating about airport shuttle and printing out airline boarding passes. We ate one dinner in restaurant; food perfectly adequate and staff very helpful, but maybe not very experienced. Restaurant had nobody to greet us at several minutes past state opening time. All was quickly made right. Menu was acceptable, but did not include any dinner-type entrees, mostly sandwiches and burgers. Service was extremely willing.

The hotel lobby, etc. was beautiful & very welcoming. The room setup & parking on the other had was different. Parking was difficult and only one outside door worked with the key on our side of the building. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall good experience.

Close to downtown, hospital and Convention CenterPosted Nov 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
Loved their professionalism, cleanliness and quietness of the rooms. Wasn't disturbed once. They did happen to over-book but I didn't mind the no-charge upgrade to a king executive suite! My only complaint was the breakfast didn't start till 7 on Saturday and I was up and out of there by 5:30 (military). Also the main lobby was quite a hike from my room seeing how there are 2 buildings. But I will definitely stay there again!

Pros: Not much at all
Cons: Their attitude toward customer service was non existent. The could care less whether we were satisfied.
We had a confirmed reservation for 1 room with 2 double beds. when we arrived we were given a room with 1 king sized bed. We are a family of three seniors adults, we needed 2 beds. The desk clerk informed us that no matter what Expedia had said in their confirmation, they (the hotel) were only obligated to provide a room. After much complaining I was given the option of a roll away in the room with the king sized bed. We had just driven 9 hours to get there to see our son on his birthday and were not in the mood to try to find another hotel, we took the roll away. Breakfast was by coupon, and although I had specified 3 adults in the room, were we initially only "allowed", breakfast for 2. Again after negotiation they allowed the 3rd person. This hotel stay was the worst we've had in years.

reasonable value, good locationPosted Oct 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was satisfied with my stay. The room was nice. If I were to go back, I might ask to stay on a higher floor since my room looked out to the parking area directly in front of the windows. The rooms above had balconies looking onto the pool.
