Nice hotel friendly staff but the roomPosted Aug 25, 2014
Nice hotel friendly staff but the roof in the room had black spots seemed like mild to me and it was late and we all were exhausted and had no energy to ask for a different room as we were sleeping there for only 6 hrs

Efficient, utilitarian stayPosted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Easy on/off Rt. 95 with gas and food services nearby while driving south to Savannah, GA from NYC.
Cons: Pet guidelines when making reservations.
Location: Fast food, gas - really a stop over place for travelers.
I reserved a King Suite but found out when I arrived with my dogs that the room class was not available with pets. I was downgraded with no refund for the room I purchased, The hotel staff that checked me in was very nice about it. However, they or Expedia should have made clear someplace that some room classes were not pet friendly :( I was put in a much less desirable room. When the manager came on duty, she did call and waive the pet fee for me. But I still stayed in a sub par room for the night.

Stayed here on our way to Orlando. Room was clean with a comfortable bed! Staff was helpful and tried their best to mKe you feel at home. Free breakfast buffet was good and kids eat for free at all meals - a real plus.

Good experiencePosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Clean and a great facility for my pet.
Cons: The restaurant in the hotel was not very good. The food was not good, but the prices were good for children.
Location: Right off 95
A very nice and clean room The children especially enjoyed the indoor pool. There was also a nice area for my dog.
