“Dunn Hotel”

Clean, basic room. Large crack between the door and facing that let a good amount of cold air in. However, the heat worked quite well and compensated for the cold air coming in.

“our trip”

we didn't find any information on the hotel in the room, and we didn't see the breakfast that was shown in the pictures. We had to go across the street to get coffee.

“All systems, not GO”

It was ok for a quick overnite. The heat/ac unit did not work in the room. Why was this not checked on BEFORE we arrived. We traveled from such a long way. There was plenty of time for that. The shower was nice, but the toilet seat looked as if it had been spackled and was not comfortable. It was nice to have the fridge and microwave in the room, but we would not stay here for any extended time.

“Not Impressed”

There were no fans in the bathroom. The coffee pot was dirty and had not been cleaned. The bathroom handle had to be held down to flush. I asked for one more night and the clerk gave me a hassle because she had the incorrect credit card. She had a Visa and I had to continue telling her that the room was reserved on a Mastercard.

“Stay somewhere else”

Not up to usual Quality Inn standards. "Free" breakfast not as advertised--try to sell you other breakfast items off menu and service was atrocious. Asked for raisin bran and got corn flakes with raisins sprinkled in.

front desk did not know we had prepaid and I had to pay again to get in the room and then had to go back to desk to show verification on the laptop i luckily had with me

“Won't do it again”

I was trying to save a few dollars and chose this hotel...what a mistake. My room smelled really musty as did the towels and several of the lamps didn't work. The bathroom had a toddler sized toilet and there was mold in the tub. The free breakfast was disgusting (all white bread, pastries and donuts.) Very limited nutritious choices! Worst off all was the brown water, I mean coffee, they served. The overall condition of the property was poor. -

“not impressed at all”

If I was to go back to Dunn, NC I would not stay at this hotel I would find another one to stay at.
