No InformationPosted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: It was clean, the staff was very informative.
Cons: Rooms should have information I mentioned above.
No TV channel guide in room, had to call front desk and go and get one. No information about local area, or near by places to dine. No information about complementry breakfast, had to call front desk to find that out. Over all, not having infromation about the inn is very annoying.

Say they are dog friendly. Charged $30 for dogs.Posted Apr 8, 2015
Front desk employee was rude about dogs. After driving for 14 hrs we were in no mood for rudeness. Gave her the undisclosed pet fee just to shut her up. Pretty sure we won't be using expedia again or staying at a quality inn.

Restful stop onbourcway to MarylandPosted Apr 4, 2015
Hotel had many dining options very close. Beds are extremely comfortable and nice breakfast included in hotel rate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our cat loved it! We will stay again in our future travels.

Right off the InterstatePosted Mar 20, 2015
Pros: Proximity to I-95.
Cons: The access door closest to my room did not work with the key card.
Location: Not much to do, but good for an overnight turnaround.
Adequate for an overnight stay. A few good restaurants close by. Very convenient to I-95.

Outdated, but clean. Courteous lady at front desk was very helpful when we checked in.

Horrible customer servicePosted Feb 24, 2015 on Hotels
I made a reservation and received confirmation of reservation and of payment being applied. We made the necessary arrangements and rush to the location. I was told by front desk representative (Kevin) That the holiday inn does not accept reservations from Fayetteville, NC residents only out of town customers. I was past being upset especially since I was never told and how can a hotel refuse a customer stay. They did not know if I was faced with a crisis and needed a temp stay or cared. They did not offer another room or solution, they just told us that they could not assist. While we were standing there I witness the same agent, Kevin offer and give the last king size room to a lady and never asked if she was a resident.

Good for a cheap short stayPosted Feb 5, 2015 on Hotels
Checking in went smoothly. The locks are opened by holding the room key over them. The locks don't always pick up the card key and there aren't any lights to indicate when the door has ununlocked so listen for the click. Rooms were clean and comfy. The staff was cool. The complimentary breakfast was lacking but it was free.
