The staff were pleasant, room was clean and well furnished, but there were some very seedy looking people around. At midnight there was a car parked in front of our unit with lights on and people going back and forth to upstairs room, it looked like something either solicitation or a drug deal going down. I would not stay again..

Good HotelPosted Oct 17, 2011
The hotel staff was friendly, the room clean and a decent size. We had to make last minute plans since our visit was for a funeral and ended up staying here and it being a good experience. The only real issue we had were some of the other guests staying there made a lot of noise around 2/3 am and we have two young children. The continental breakfast was disappointing so I wouldn't recommend counting getting full off of it. But all in all it was good for the price.

STOP! Choose Another HotelPosted Jun 1, 2011
The Country Hearth Fayetteville is NOT a place that you want to stay. The registration staff was outside smoking when I arrived. As I got out of the car, she quickly went inside and slammed the door in my face (it was locked). I had to use a little window in the lobby to check in and check out! As a single female traveling alone, I was shocked that I could not get into the hotel lobby. I ordered a wake up call but it never came. When the car service arrived to pick me up, the driver was told that the hotel staff could not ring my room to let me know that he had arrived. I was given a ground floor room and when I asked if I could switch was only told "NO"! There was a rowdy party next to my room which ended around 3 a.m. (I had to be up at 3:30). Perhaps that is why the hotel staff did not bother with a wake up call since I had not actually been to sleep. Lots of unsavory types appear to frequent this hotel. Don't be fooled by the name--there is nothing homelike, friendly or charming about this flea bag! Choose another hotel!!!!

It's something..Posted Nov 9, 2010
There is nothing too special about this hotel. It's a good 10-15 minute drive back to the Ft. Bragg area of Fayetteville and the TV picture quality was very poor. It may have just been the room, but I would guess not. Overall however, everything was clean and it was a nice quiet night of sleep.

Nice place along the interstate I95Posted May 5, 2006
Alot of hotels in this area. Try to stay away from the cleaning crew's workroom if you want it quiet. Although it was 90 degrees, still did not have pool open. Couldn't even get in pool area to sit in chair. Usual continental breakfast. Has computer available in lobby for checking your Email. Get down early, or they run out of newspapers!
