"We came early in hopes of checking in early to get to a Syracuse lacrosse game. Our room wasn't ready but the nice woman at the desk was able to find 2 ready rooms for us! So nice!! So we checked in and relaxed a little before the game! Later we came back and enjoyed the hot tub and pool!! Very nice!! U know reviews online make it sound terrible. To us it was large and clean. Lobby gorgeous! Easy check in. Loved the pool! Will use the gym tomorrow. Looks like brand new equipment! "

"The stay was really good but do not order the room service which is not on site, We ordered food that the person said would be 45mins which took 2hrs and when we called 3 times each person said they are 2 mins away . The fries were cold and half eaten, wings were supposed to be honey garlic were hot sauce with half of the sauce leaked onto the fries ."

"Poker experience was best I've ever had in my life. Went with my son for his first time playing at a casino. The staff, from the people running the poker room to the dealers and waitresses, were awesome! Can't wait to go back."
