Our overnight stay was fine but there were no options for breakfast and most of what was offered was greasy and not tempting.

Excellent Hotel with a big dose of Southern Charm!Posted Sep 8, 2013
Pros: The structure was over 100 years old and Rob keeps it in great shape! The most captivating feature of the Inn is the Inn it's self!
Cons: Because the building has some age to it the stairs tend to have a little creek. Don't let this sway you, because you do NOT hear it in the rooms.
Location: There is a museum literally around the corner, and tons of stores and restaurants within walking distance or short drive ( within a mile)
If you are looking for the Southern charm experience, then the Simply Divine Bed & Breakfast is for you. This quaint is conveniently located right off I-95 and the proprietor (Rob) and his lovely wife (Carmen) don't skimp in hospitality. They happily accommodated our late arrival (8:30 pm), and our dog as well. The breakfast was made to order and with fresh top quality ingredients (the eegs and pastries were particularly delicious!). This Inn is nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by traditional colonial and antebellum homes. We travel the I-95 corridor relatively frequently, and will plan on staying here again!

Simply Divine B&B is a 100+ year-old house which is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Our room (Jade) was large, comfortable and well-named for its decor, and our breakfast was freshly cooked and tasteful. The only less than ideal feature of our stay was the train traffic in the town which broke the early morning calm with its horns sounding, presumably to warn motorists as the local level crossings do not have gates. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

A bit of the old southPosted Jun 22, 2013
Pros: The staff and the bed sheets. Also a very nice neighborhood to take a walk.
Cons: Needs new carpet on the stairs
Location: Lovely old neighborhood to walk
This was our third stay but definitely not our last. The rooms are comfortable with the nicest sheets I have ever seen in a hotel or B&B. It is also wonderful to pull off the road and have them prepare an excellent dinner for us. Much easier then looking for a restaurant, less expensive and probably tastier as well. A glass of wine on the porch is also a very nice way to relax after a long day in the car.

We enjoyed our stay at Simply Divine, the staff was helpful and the Host was accommodating of our late breakfasts. My husband is not a B & B fan but he said for me to this one and really enjoyed the change and we would definitely do it again.

Totally worth itPosted Feb 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
This place was nothing less than amazing. I was weary from the pictures, but it is as nice as it seems. Its a huge house with the majority of the rooms upstairs, minus a big one down stairs. My girlfriend drove from Texas to visit and we went here, because these rooms are a lot more intimate than a normal hotel room. We checked in and the staff was very friendly, always willing to serve our every need. even asked when we wanted to eat breakfast. We stayed for a night, and then they changed our room to a nicer, bigger one for free :) the surrounding city doesnt have much to do, but theres plenty of fast food for late dinner runs. its about 40 minutes from Ft Bragg, so its not an unreasonable drive from places to do things. Both of our rooms were very clean, and smelled nice. The bathrooms were large enough for the two of us to move around each other, and well stocked with soap and everything you need. The internet was slow and unreliable, but they had all the channels on the TV. All in all, i give it a 9.5 - 10. I will definitely be going back
