The front desk personnel was great. The room was clean but dated. Towel rack over the towel was broken and hanging sideways. The hair dryer did not work. With time, realized the electrical socket by the sink was not working but dryer worked in an outlet in the bedroom area.

the room was roach infested. the fan on the heating unit was broken making a horrible noise whenever it went on. the person setting up the coffee at 6am was so rude. she told me the coffee wasn't ready and i couldn't stand in the breakfast room! i walked out, stood by the lobby counter and i could hear her bad-mouthing me the entire time. i apologized to her a million times and she had an issue with that!

If you are for an inexpensive/ quality place to stay, this is a great choice. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean and the facility is quiet at 11:00 at night. The free breakfast is not like dining at the Ritz but certainly acceptable. I drive from New York to Florida fairly frequently and think Sleep Inn is a great option.

I gave 5 stars because that’s a accurate rating BUT, there were guest walking around the entire night through the morning making laughing and talking extremely loud had to be the same guest there was a barking dog and I wasn’t able to get any sleep. I was driving from Houston Tx to Fayetteville NC a 17 hr drive so when I got the room I wanted and needed the rest but it was disturbed several times throughout that night into the morning because of the noise. Other than that I think it would of been perfect. I wanted to call front desk and let them know but they had to have heard it just as I did because we were on the first floor and so was the desk clerk.

everything was good except for the cockroaches. The lady at the front desk said we could have a refund but that we would have to go through Hotels.com. I tried to work with Hotels.com on the app to request a refund through you and I got stuck in a loop and was not able to contact anybody.

Rooms were clean it was interesting that I had to pay a 100 cash deposit but I paid with my card I normally don’t carry cash but I had I’ve just never seen that before. That could be normal but other than that everything was straight.

Staff were very polite, but for a place that was "recently renovated," it can use much more work. The room was not clean. Stains were on curtains, bed topper, and every lamp shade was browning at every edge. As soon as ai touched the bed, a roach greeted me by walking out from behind the headboard. I killed it and another creepy crawley soon after. More insects began to inspect my hygiene bag and toothbrush as soon as I turned off the sink light. The bed was soft and the sheets seemed clean, but it was difficult to sleep because I kept imagining roaches on me. I don't think the room was up to code either since the two water sprinklers were crusted in rust or filth and deeply set into the ceiling, which was crumbling around them. The room door has a significant gap with the doorjam, so it was fairly noisy in the room. Plus the extra lock wouldn't close because the door part didn't align with the wall lever. Also, the lobby smelled of both types of rec smoke when we arrived.
