One of the best reasonable Hotels in the area .

“Very hospitable”

We were very pleased with our stay at the Baymont. Although it is an older hotel, it was well maintained. Its strongest points were the employees. They were all helpful - from extra towels and pillows, to restaurant suggestions, and to help with the computer. The nicest thing was we arrived very early after a red eye flight, and they allowed us to check in early. Not the fanciest, but we enjoyed our stay.

“My experience at The Inn at Fayetteville Ft Bragg”

I had three adults in the room, and I was not issued a roll away cot although I had payed for a third adult. I was always short a towel even after I reported the situation to the front desk. My bed was always made every evening when I came in the room, but the other bed was half made. Towels were a little ruff, no fabric softener was used for the towels or simply just a little old and worn, but they were clean just as the room was clean each day..

“No way!”

The rooms were big with a refrigerator, microwave and sink. They need to get with the times. The rooms need a flat screen tv and they need to clean behind beds, in corners and also they need to clean the cement deck. Someone who came to visit me said it reminded them of a welfare hotel. Wow! The name of the hotel or inn needs to be changed. It still says Baymont Hotel. People were nice and accommodating. I would not stay there again.

“Sad in Fayetteville”

Our experience began with not knowing where the hotel was located since they had renamed the hotel and it wasn't updated on our itinerary. We were then welcomed by staff that was less than friendly to us once we checked in. We received the keys to our room which did not work and we were sent five times up and down the elevator to try the new keys which never worked. This was very frustrating after a long day in the heat attending a outdoor wedding. They finally issued us a new room after I had requested for them to assist us with the key in the door and they refused to accompany us. We finally got to our room, unpacked and then around 10:30pm our neighbors starting ranting "Oop there it is we are the eagles". The following morning we woke up to make some coffee and the coffeemaker was broken - another disappointment. We decided to then go to breakfast and when we arrived the waffle maker was broken and we had to ask for assistance to have them fix it - they finally did after three people working on it and then finally found out it was turned off. Once it did work the waffles were delicious and we were able to leave with a full belly.

“Not Recommended”

The Room was clean and very large but reeked of cigarette smoke. The AC unit ran but did not blow cool air. Fortunately it was not too hot outside.

“March 2010”

Hotel is a bit old and run down, checked in and had to move from room to room in order to find the right conditions for the money. Some rooms televisons were not working others fridges were not working and others were just plain dirty or had an odd odor. One day the cleaning crew did not even enter the room, didnt take out the trash change the linen, didnt even get new towels! After all that the management said their was nothing they could do but offer us a discounted stay in the future. Why would I go back?

“Thoroughly not satisfied”

It took them 20 minutes to check me in. The two people at the front desk were so busy talking about going out and getting drinks the night before that they didn't notice they gave me a master key. At 12:30 am I got a phone call from the front desk asking for my key back because the two people had made a mistake. Toward the end of my stay I looked under the bed and found a number of objects left from previous guests including a beer bottle that the maids had never cleaned up.

“Not impressed”

Unfortunately one of the dirtiest and unkempt rooms I have ever stayed in. The common areas were reasonably clean. The staff was very friendly. Despite it's convenience to where I had to conduct my business, I doubt I will return.

“Don't Count on the small things”

1. These people can't even restock the common stuff - soap, shampoo, etc. 2. The doors stick (mostly lock to frame), and need maintenance, so when people close their doors they have to slam them. Nosiy in a way that clearly isn't necessary 3. Coffee in the morning continental breakfast often isn't (runs out) The above items are so easy and straightforward to fix, and exist day after day (I was waiting to move into my new residence so I stayed for nearly 2 weeks). This is a place that might be okay if they'd fix the small things.
