Fantastic hotel. Very close to the train station, so no need to drag your bags for miles and just a few minutes walk to the town center, shops and restaurants. Super clean and comfortable.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and booked 2 different styles of rooms for our stay. They were both very spacious and accommodated all of our needs for ski gear, comfy sleeping arrangements, were well appointed, and decorated nicely. The staff including the owners Michael and Marianne were very hospitable and would hang out when things were slow. The Breakfast buffet had a variety of traditional German eats and was more than adequate. The cozy bar area was our favorite hangout after returning from skiing the Garmisch Classic slopes all day. You are a 2.3km drive from the Hausberg parking lot so the location is very convenient for winter skiing. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place with history and style.

We booked Reindl's Partenkichner Hof as we have visited the Garmisch Partenkirchen area manny times before when we were stationed in Germany during our military careers. This was our first stay at Reindl's and it will not be our last. We were very pleased with the accommodations, the location and most of all the Customer Service. The owners are very attentive to the needs of the lodgers, and it shows as the staff is just as helpful. The breakfast is traditional German and my wife and I enjoyed that a lot. Good food! We are planning a trip back within a year or two and we plan on staying here, it feels like home. One thing thought, parking is available in the covered garage, but if you have a van it takes some geometry to park it. Regular size vehicles, not problem. Looking forward to another visit. The hotel was located in a nice area close to both Garmisch and Partenkirchen walking areas. The bahnhof was also very close. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
