Nice hotel, excellent staff, good value.Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Very close to the expressway, but surprisingly quiet. We heard very little, if any, road noise during our stay. In-room refrigerator and microwave.
Cons: Everything was up to, or exceeded standards for this type of hotel. The staff was very helpful and considerate.
Due to a death in the family, we had minimal time to plan our trip. There were several convention and sporting events occurring during our visit and most local hotels were already booked full. We weren't able to reserve rooms with double beds, so we took what we could get and hoped the staff might be able to accommodate our request when we checked in. When we arrived, the hotel was filing rapidly and the entire staff was busy trying to take care of the large influx of guests. Given the circumstances my expectations were low, but when I explained our situation to the young lady managing the reception desk, she did everything she could to help us. During our entire stay, the support and assistance we received from both the reception desk staff and the housekeeping staff was absolutely outstanding. The rooms are typical of this type of hotel, but the complimentary breakfast and snacks during the evening "social hour" helped make this a good value. Due to the nature of our visit we weren't able to take full advantage of the hotel's amenities, but we came away with a very positive impression of the hotel and its staff. We will definitely stay at the Drury Inn & Suites during our next visit to Fenton.

More Cons than ProsPosted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: See above
Cons: Quality of the toilet paper, tissues and towels. Two soaps and lotion.
Location: Convenient location for highway access. Not a location where you couldwalk. In a industrial area on a highway outer road. Several restaurants close.
After all the Rave reviews the bar was set high. This is a nice hotel for a reasonable price. The Pros are that the staff is friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. It is a good location for highway access. The evening food which I did not eat would be great for a family traveling on a budget. The bed is comfortable and room is big enough. Now for a few cons. The rooms facing the highway are very noisy. The bathroom was so small only 1 person could be in it. There is only 1 sink and it was in the toilet area of my room. My parent's room had the sink on the outside, a much better plan. They also did not have the highway noise on their side. There is only one slow elevator. The towels, toilet paper and tissues were of cheap quality and rough. There was only one bar of soap which I shared between the shower and sink. They do have shower gel in bathtub. There is no lotion. The food was plentiful at breakfast..scrambled eggs, sausage and cold potatoes. Waffles you could make. The bread was pretty grain less. Nothing but milk for the coffee and the only fruit was apples. I had a problem with my key not working numerous times. This became very inconvenient when your room is on the 4th floor with a slow elevator and when you can't get in the building at night. This is a good hotel if you are on a tight budget. I am from St Louis and would not pick this location for a pleasure trip. We thought we were booking the Drury Inn at 141 and 44. This hotel is in a business park.

Was very clean. Staff were very helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Was close to O a lot of places to see without being in the center of St. Louis.

Great place and hospitable staffPosted Jan 20, 2015 on Hotels.com
Staff at the hotel are always very hospitable. My family stays here a couple of times a year and we go to places that are nearby like the Magic House. Great place for a great price. It is our "go to" place for a hotel when we are in that area.
