The room was big and clean, the room service was also good. But it was all very basic, so bring your own shampoo and soap. The area also is very quiet so to see Valencia you must hire a car or take transport every day. All receptionists were very helpful.

This property is out of the way but easy with the Metro station one block away. It is an older property but in good repair.

The place is clean but the the room was falling apart. The window sill had worn past the trim and down to the particle board and the carpet had cigarette burns. They put us on the same floor as a group of Italian teenagers who were playing soccer in the hallway at midnight. The telephone was not working for us to call down to the desk.

Airport stay
We had our flight cancelled at 2300hrs and needed somewhere to stay. Found this at a very reasonable price with 4 beds in one room . As we had to be up at6am to get our new flight back to the Uk suited our needs. Must say the bedroom was spotless and beds comfortable.

The front desk was in good condition, but the carpet all around in the hotel was in very bad condition and dirty. The carpet was too warn out that it was shredded.

The staff of this hotel were great! They addressed every concern we had. Unfortunately, flooring needs to be replaced as the carpets are dirty and worn.

Basic but good!
Reception were excellent, got us a dog friendly taxi and wanted to chat to us. Room was huge and clean, only one down side was the room stank of smoke. We had the air conditioning going as it was 34 degrees which helped with the smell

The cost of the room was perfect. The hotel condition is ok for me, the only one bad thing is the shower. The water did not flow well.

The place is outdated and old. There is a bar across the road that you can hear really late at night and other guests in the hallways. The beds were not comfortable. I wouldn’t go back. Staff at front desk are very nice.

Terrible property. AC and toiler was not working and they didn't do anything. We stayed there for 3 nights and experience was horror show.

The cost of the night is good. There is one good restaurant/bar named Las Palmeras is very nice. We had breakfast and dinner there, it was amazing food for value money. The hotel is not bad, it was not in good condition, but it had good heating system, the shower and beds are good as well.

Good price, good staff. Parking outside the hotel on the street or on some parking place (public parking) for free. First room has one bed which was broken. Then the hotel staff gave us another room in good condition. Rooms are big.

Alright
Older hotel but in decent condition if looking for cheap hotel. Pool table and a decent breakfast, had a pleasent stay overall.

I didn’t like how far away it was from everything & the breakfast was not very attractive looking at all most of the hot food was dried up looking.

Lovely airy room
We were very pleasantly surprised as we had gotten our room at a good price. The lobby and bedrooms very lovely, large and airy. If I could ask for something more, it would be extra pillows and a bigger TV... Not that we watched it much. Fantastic location for getting to football stadium, city centre and beach. Used the metro, which cost very little when we bought a ten trip ticket for €8.60 and visited everything we wanted to see. The BIOPARK is an absolute must and only a short metro ride from the hotel, as are the silk museum, huge indoor market and beautiful churches!
