Difficult to findPosted Apr 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very comfortable agritourismo with a great breakfast and immaculately kept rooms. The location is very difficult to find and it's not easy to get in and out of Ferrara. The pizza restaurant "Al Stalla" down the road has excellent food and is great value.

Charming hotel, full of characterPosted May 24, 2013
Pros: The charming owner; the atmosphere, and decor
Cons: The location, at the end of a very long, miserable road
Location: Convenient for getting into Ferrara by car, but inconvenient in terms of the potholed single track approach road, as mentioned above
This is a lovely hotel; very clean, beautifully furnished, and with pretty extra touches added by the charming owner. Nothing was too much trouble: from giving information about Ferrara to providing a superb breakfast. The location was handy for getting into Ferrara: about a 15 minute drive. However, you would definitely need a car to stay here, and one with good suspension, as there is a long single-track road leading up to the house: full of potholes, and rather off-putting, with pylons, satellite dishes and strange looking huts. Shame about that, because everything else was fine.
