Best hotel ever! Highly recommended. Riad Anata is a smartly converted old traditional house, which has an extremely good location. In addition to it's elegant style, we are very impressed with the lovely team especially Samira, Mohammed and Bader who were great and made us feel at home from the first moment we arrived. We highly recommend the freshly prepared meals in the hotel, no exaggerations Samira is also an excellent cook!
We can't wait to go there again.

The Riad is truely beautiful in a traditional way. This is for those with a taste for peace, comfort and elegance. The staff were excellent and very attentive. They can arrange most things for you if you ask such as day trips to sights outside Fes.

This is an absolutely georgeous hotel near the Medina. The rooms are beautiful, the lobby, everything is frist rate as far as accomadations. Restuarant upstairs was very good, although a bit stuffy for my tastes. Breakfast is included and is a very good buffet. Excellent food, bread, etc.
All in all, a wonderful stay.

This luxury riad is amazing. Near the train station Casa Voyageurs, and main attractions. Great restaurants in the area and excellent food at the riad. Complimentary wireless Internet access. Our room was not only comfortable but luxurious.
A quiet sanctuary after strolling the souks in Fes. Staff is very accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious.
For those who said in other reviews that the whole area around is dirty, that is correct, but most places/cities in Morocco ARE dirty. We enjoyed the arab music played in the lounge area, not tiring to listen to. Great hospitality and nothing to complain about. The riad is decorated in really good taste, makes your experience more interesting.

The Borj Dhab was located centrally and on the main road only minutes to the Place Rcif. Whilst the entry alley way was initially daunting we never experienced any problems.
Once the door was opened we entered a fully restored home - a palace, an oasis.
Could not fault it. The staff was attentive, helpful (did have family who could provide extra services - but that is part of Moroccan charm).
The owner was in residence when we were there and took the trouble to introduce himself to us and to ensure that all our needs were met.

"Historic hotel w fabulous garden in historic Fes"
Unique hotel in the heart of the bustling, picturesque Medina of Fes, a city virtually unchanged in atmosphere since the middle ages. The beautifully maintained exotic hotel garden with tile paved paths and gurgling fountains a perfect refuge from the heady atmosphere and lively picturesque streets of the surrounding town. The architecture of the XIIIc Medersas or Koran schools worth the trip in itself. The traditional Moroccan restaurant in the hotel the best in all Fes while pool side lunches and the international restaurant excellent . The staff warm and friendly. Everything spotlessly clean and functioning. Wld willingly return on an annual basis for what seemed a unique experience. My wife who had stayed here precisely fifty years earlier was as enthusiastic as I about every aspect of our week long holiday.

The Riad is absolutely beautiful with lovely patios and courtyards to enjoy. Staff was very hospitable, picking us up late from our train and making our stay very welcoming. Suggested tour guides were helpful. Food was the best in Morocco! This place was a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it.
