Lack of AC in the room during a summer heat stretch led to almost unbearable night conditions. This in combination with the construction on the pool made us count down the days until check-out. Avoid if possible. Especially during the summer months.

Great views and amazing service and food!
Fantastic service coupled with amazing location and views. Spa was very well kept and a nice bonus with some refreshments included in the spa area. Dinner in Collina was suburb and the breakfast brunch was really worth it. We’ll be back!

There is NO AC and while leaving the window open is lovely, swarms of mosquitos will surely fill your room as they did mine. I didn't sleep the whole night. The room was also dusty and hasn't been renovated obviously since they built the place. The spa was overrun and there was no social distancing.

Fantastic views from modern hotel
This is an excellent hotel outside Zurich with spectacular views of the lake. Easy access from the highway with fresh mountain air. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.

Remote location, you need a car, but....breathtaking view, top class room with view to the lake, breakfast is great, staff very helpful and friendly. Loads of parking space. Highly recommend, - but you need a car.

They forgot to 1) Clean my room and 2) Tell me how to operate the TV (Its not as easy as pushing a button on a remote or on the TV). These things should mentioned at check-in.

Views to die for.
Great views of Lake Zürich.2 very good restaurants and the breakfast buffet has almost everything you could desire. Only let down are the TV channels. There are almost no English channels with BBC World (24hr news) and the usual American news channel. However, for those who speak the language there are 14 Arabian channels.

Don't waste your money
Rooms were alright but , too small for 2 adults, the facilities SPA ..etc were out dated and old , the resturant was too small , they were always short of staff to help , too expensive for what you are getting ! And the overall feel to the hotel is simply OLD although it has been marketed otherwise.

We are currently and continuously renovating parts of the hotel to maintain the building. But due to our hotel guests, it is always only one part of the hotel and not the whole hotel at one time. I'd say some rooms and the terrace offer the most spectacular view on the Zurich lake. It's a bit isolated up on the mountain but only 10 minutes by car to the lake itself. The restaurant is very good, but expensive even for Swiss standards. Biggest critic point: No air conditioning, no where, not in the restaurant, not in the rooms.
